Friendly, attentive, and efficient service. From the moment i arrived, soaking wet from riding a bicycle all day in the rain, I was treated very kindly. Iveta, Igor, Nina, and Andrej were courteous throughout my stay. Iveta found a place to store my bicycle that was out of the elements and secure. I have only a rudimentary facility with the Slovak language, but they were patient with my attempts to communicate with them. Anrdej spoke English quite well and was instrumental in helping resolve some complex needs that i had. Finally, the location was ideal as it is a very short walk to the local wellness center. A wonderful respite from the rainy weather!!!

Everything is fine, comfortable, cozy and friendly.

The breakfast is quite the opposite of what we expected according to pictures. Even after check-in explanations, I thought only warm food is a-la-carte, but a café, water, or even a bred is limited. This is a problem, especially when there is no option for dietary or gluten-free food, or in our case: when the chef prepares a scrambled egg in a half cooked, mucoid style - even after we asked to cook it thorough. In a buffet style, its not a problem we would not pick it. But in this case, we can't send it back once we picked. The host, - the only one who's able to communicate in the international english in a pension facility... - was very friendly and kind, asked us to mention problems in advance. Which we did, yet received mucoid, half-cooked egg.

The guesthouse is conveniently located in a quiet street, yet at the same time very close to the town centre, Aquapark, amenities, lovely green central park, as well as train station. We were greeted by the owner and offered some tasty meal options for dinner, which included consideration for special diets, as my friend needed gluten free food. In fact, we had surprisingly hard time choosing our dinner, as the menu looked so good. The burgers we finally went for were both delicious. Next time I visit, I will definitely try one of their asian meals. The breakfast was just right, not too little choice, neither too much - considering the number of guests, everything was fresh and as mentioned before, even my friend had enough of gluten free options. Our room was small, but spotless clean and even featured a tiny seating area. The bathroom was also very clean with funky panda printed toilet paper. I need to point out that water taps had some weird lettering - C was for hot water, F was for cold, other than that, everything worked without any issues. We had a good night sleep in a comfy bed, there was no noise or stuffy hot air, even despite over 30 degrees outside during the day. The garden terrace was cosy and quiet with beautiful red gladiolus in a vase on each table. There was also interesting framed art around the guesthouse adding peculiar touch. Overall, I had to say this was an exceptional experience for me, as everything worked out great from booking, services, the actual room, food, location... very rarely I get such a nice break. It was my first time visiting Turcianske Teplice, but certainly not last.

All went well, we had no negative issues.

Very nice and friendly staff. They were so flexible, I arrived so late, but they were kind and make possible the check-in. The village is also very nice.

Very cold room and the bed was uncomfortable.
