The hotel offered everything it promised. The description corresponds to reality. The hotel is a very short walk from the city centre. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was cozy and very clean with a view of the park. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom with shower was nice. There was a TV, coffee table and minibar in the room. The breakfast was good enough with both sweet and salty offerings. There was coffee, tea and juice to drink. There is also a wellness area in the hotel with a small charge, which unfortunately we didn't manage to visit. We were very satisfied and would recommend the hotel.

There was just enough warm water in the shower, but I would have liked it a little hotter. But it could also have been due to a late shower before midnight. I don't know.

I stayed in a business suite. It was clean, spacy, and modern. Moreover, despite the loud event at the ground floor during that night, they accommodated me at the top floor where I could barely hear the fragments of music, and thanks to good sound insulation I also couldn't hear other guests. Therefore, I had a really good sleep there (I could still hear some noise from the street, but it was reasonable for a city center). The personnel was really friendly, always in a good mood and helpful. Breakfast was very delicious - the selection was relatively standard for 4* hotels, but the food tasted really well. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Martin. It is really uncommon to get such a level of service in the Martin area.

The hotel is renovated, so it’s modern and consist of all the gadgets you’d need. It is generally clean. We had breakfast and we enjoyed the carb section. The buffet can be enriched with veggie options. Overall we had a great and relaxing experience

The only thing i can mention is the stains on the side cover of the bed (pink covers) and the carpet flex covers the room

Room is great, always cleaned to high standard. WiFi always good. Wellness centre is very good. Staff throughout the hotel are great, very friendly and willing to help.

My only let downs are the pillows in the beds are not comfortable. Bar food and the breakfast are very average.

Hotel Turiec is located in the center of Martin and as such it's easy to get around town from here. The breakfast was very good with a good selection as well as the possibility to sit on the terrace, which is much welcome on a nice morning. Communication with the hotel and staff was very good.

The room was big, comfortable and clean. They are pet-friendly. They had a good selection of food for breakfast. Very nice and friendly staff.

The coffee machine at breakfast was broken or something. We could get cappuccino only at the bar and had to pay for it. Not acceptable.

Large room was excellent - both size and comfortable furniture, great bed. Excellent food in restaurant and kind and agile people in the restaurant. Thai massage lady was great.

Quite long time spent in the check-in and check-out. Wellness needs to be booked also for hotel guests and paid extra. Breakfast offer was below 4 star hotel standards.

The property is fantastic, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Our room was enormous, spotless, and beautifully furnished. The bed was extremely cozy, and the large bathtub was a wonderful touch, making the stay even more enjoyable.

In walking distance of the station. Receptionists were helpful. Those on a gluten-free diet catered for.

Petty meanesses - Complimentary coffees etc were not renewed e.g. only provided for the first night. Only accommodation so far that didn't provide complimentary maps of the town/area.

The breakfast was supposed to be served until 10 am however both mornings there was no food available after 9:30 … I completely understand that it was served from early morning, but if the hotel says served until 10 am than you should be able to get at least some food and coffee at 9:30…
