Great location (couple of minutes from city center, walking distance to train station and bus station) yet the place was quiet. Room was older but well maintained (for the most part), top cleanliness. Bathroom was spacious with a shower. Breakfast was nice, staff friendly.

Terrific location just 3 minutes walk from train station, and similar distance to the city centre. Staff were very responsive, friendly and helpful. Excellent recommendations were given for places to visit within the city. The hotel was in a quiet street during which there was no noise throughout my visit, and I had the window open! The room was large and spacious as was the bathroom. I especially appreciated the standard of lighting within the room with a selection of lamps available enabling me to change the style of lighting. I was given a double bed which was extremely warm and comfortable, so providing an excellent night's sleep. Again the size of the bathroom was excellent with plentiful and constant supply of hot water. The breakfast was professionally prepared and presented and I thoroughly enjoyed the selection of cold/hot food available for breakfast, the chocolate croissants were a nice surprise!

The staff is charming. The location is excellent- near the train station and town square. The breakfast is a feast!

I would have liked a kettle in the room. There was a refrigerator which was nice to use.

Breakfast was good, the only staff we saw was one manager who was very pleasant & helpful, spoke reasonable if halting English, no German (we speak both - but then we don't speak Slovak so he's ahead!). The location was in a pedestrianised, area but cruicially had its own secure parking and was close to everything. Good value for money, we would go back again.

Not much. To be picky the place was rather bland, the bed, though okay, was not the best (could feel the springs), but overall okay.

The door to my particular room was a bit harder to lock. The bed mattress was of a lower quality. I could feel the slight firmness of springs in there but it wasn't so bad.

Vey good breakfast and the rooms were spacious. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was very central but quiet.

Chap on reception was very good, excellent English spoken and very helpful. Breakfast was ok. Room was fine. Location around 5 minutes from Zilina station, and maybe 10 minutes from the lovely central square Marianske namestie.

The bed is comfortable, The staff is very pleasant and helpfull. Location in heart of the city, just few steps from the main square.

The choice at breakfast could be wider, especially bread or fresh fruit, but still it was satisfactory.

Very kind and willingness staff, great localization, althought the interior is a little bit oldier, it’s good quality, comfort, I didn’t miss anything.
