the room was very spacious and the shower was amazing, although I didn't work out what half the buttons were for. Right by the train station and easy access to the Nike Arena.

Lunch and dinner are catering for Koreans.If you need GF or soya free this is not the restaurant for you. Dining room closes at 7.30pm and bar closes at 10pm, which is probably why we didn't see other guests whilst we were there.

The staff was friendly and helpful, beautiful rooms and halls, nicely decorated with paintings.

The walls were very thin therefore everything could be heard from the neighbouring rooms, not to mention all the noise from the street and the nearby train station. Modernization of the interiors would be adequate. We struggled with the parking on arriving, as there is not a single parking spot available at the entrance for the brief time of going to the reception, or moving the bags and suitcases.

If you're travelling by train this hotel is literally two minutes from the main station. The centre of Žilina is about ten minutes walk away. The rooms are reasonably comfortable, there's a bizarre shower cubicle with all sorts of options for steam, power jets etc. but I gave up reading the user manual, you can use it just as a shower and it's powerful enough. Decent breakfast with choice of hot and cold dishes.

The lady at the desk was so nice and friendly. She helped us with everything. Her boss should look after this precious resource.

The fact that there was only Korean food on the restaurant menu made us go outside the hotel for dinner, but the breakfast was traditional and extremely well prepared.

The location directly across the road from the railway station is extremely helpful. The check in was easy with a friendly member of staff. The main square is around 10mins walk from the hotel.
