The room was nice and clean, very comfortable, easy check in. Overall a very nice and relaxing place to be staying at.

I was disappointed that no one told us in advance that we have to prebook sauna. When we arrived no one was a reception anymore. We arrived around 5.30 - reception was meant to be open till 6pm. Maybe the hotel should give people who only stay one night the chance to pre book. If I had known this (that i won't be able to use Sauna) I would habe chosen a different place to stay.

Property itself is located right in the centre, with own land for parking. Biggest asset is the staff, super lovely and nice people willing to step out and help as much as possible. Our checkin lady was amazing, she even found something little to eat for my kids while we arrived late evening. Breakfast staff was excellent and guy at checkout was super nice too. Breakfast bar was great enough. We even used private spa which was super worth it.

Place itself, especially rooms would need little update.

The place is really nice, clean. The personal welcoming is appreciated. Parking place good, enough place. Breakfast was good, missing just croissant and maybe fresh pressed orange juice. But it is only extra. Otherwise great ;-)

Just to improve maybe...the towels in the room were not really good quality, and missing towel for drying hands. No shower curtain or door to avoid water all over the floor. But the rest was perfect, all good. Nice, confortable beds. Spacious room. Great view.

Lovely staff who were helpful even though they couldn't speak to me in English. The breakfast was the best I had in my travels around Germany, Austria and Slovakia. The room was comfortable and close to the centre of the village.

Although there is a balcony I didn't use it as it is a view of the fence and trees right by it.

The guesthouse is located in a quiet location of Rajecke Teplice, though not far from Aphrodite spa and the city center. The nice renovated building from 1890 offers modern and original interior from the 19th century. We stayed in the studio deluxe (room 47) which was spacious a nice decorated. With a big flat TV, comfortable king size bed, mini fridge, kitchenette with everything you need for preparing coffee, tea and even meal. The bathroom comes with a bathtub and a hair dryer. The breakfast was great a the selection was nice. The breakfast room is awesome. You will feel like a lord in a castle. You can book a private wellness with sauna, whirlpool and relaxing corner. It was very clean and a great experience. Many thanks to all staff, we felt welcomed. The ladies are very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this guesthouse and will come again.

More suggestions than cons. We found dust fluffs on the wardrobe and on the vestibule shelf, also on the radiator columns in the bathroom. The king size bed has two mattresses. It´s okay for friends, but I think a couple would appreciate one king size mattress as there is a gap. The WiFi in our room was not that strong.

In a spa town which a destination by itself, this place is way better than expected without having to be. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast excellent, basically across the street from the thermal spa, a few minute walk from all restaurants, and a few minutes more to the train station. Nice rooms, nice everything.

after the first day we realised that they gave us a different room than we booked - smaller and without any seating area (seating area was mentioned in our booking). they of course charged us for the bigger and better room and did not even mention anything. that´s why we could not give higher ranking for "comfort" and "value for money".

Great location, clean and comfortable cozy room, quiet at night. Breakfast nice enough too. Short walk from Afrodita spa. Restaurants in very close proximity. Lovely staff. Highly recommended.

Everything was lovely, welcoming - no option for late check out, which I understand.

Room was quite small

This hotel is great with it's private parking. The place is in close proximity to the Spa which is good too. Check in and out was easy and the room was nice with a small balcony area.
