I had a great stay! The room was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a strong, refreshing shower. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were extremely helpful and kind throughout my visit. Everything was well-maintained — I’d definitely stay again!

To be honest I don’t have any complaints. The only downside for me was the location — quite far from the city center, but it wasn’t a big issue.

Staff in the hotel is excellent, especially on the reception desk...they called me to let me know about issue with my car they observed and they did excellent job to keep my unlocked car safe during my stay out of the city. I highly appreciate the approach they had and for me no doubt guys there are doing their best for keeping customer satisfaction on the highest possible level.

Warm greeting on arrival, changed to a larger room due to a problem with the TV. Facilities were fine with chairs and a small table. Receptionists were friendly and very helpful. Room bright and airy though the window curtains were thin.

Hotel next to a main road about 20 minute walk from town centre an industrial park then underneath a road network complex.

Easy to arrive at the place and the most important thing: the heating system was working, even if I've stayed there in middle of October ( with outside temperatures below 4 Celsius degrees, during the night).

A little bit noisy but acceptable.

It was classic normal breakfast Gate to hotel policy has to be clarified in writing for all guests Gate to parking key chip policy needs to be clarified in writing clearly !

Clear information about stuff lacking

Friendly staff. Clean room. Nice bed.

The only negative is the lack of an outlet next to the bed, which makes it very inconvenient to leave your phone on charge 3 meters from the bed. Thank you

Noisy location, hard mattress, access to the accomodation from the centre is difficult

Better than it seemed! It was very pleasant. We normally stay in higher ranked hotels, but this one was a pleasant surprise

Location was not great

Stayed overnight at this hotel en route to Bratislava. Clean and comfortable hotel with plenty of parking - that’s pretty much all I needed.

Vpohode hotel, mila obsluha

Mozno trocha nadceneny na to aky je basic so starsim interierom. Plus ta lokacia je dost od ruky, takze clovek si musi extra priplatit za to ze ide taxikom do mesta (cca 5 eur 1 cesta)
