Location is great - just a few minutes away from the center and very easy to find/navigate. There's breakfast included and the room was clean and comfy. It was a little bit small but it didn't matter for me since I'm not someone who spends a lot of time in the room. Staff was lovely. Checkout is 11 am which is great because it's not very early. Overall it's a very affordable place in a great location.

Lack of soap holders in the shower cabin and lack of hot water sometimes - hot water would take a while to get to you, or be lukewarm at the hottest setting.

This is a clean and affordable hotel. It is only a short walk to the Old Town and the train station. Negative reviews of this place are unfair, because even though it is basic, it is comfortable. We also found the staff to be very helpful, polite and friendly. The breakfast was generous and tasty.

Our room looked over a main road, so there was some traffic noise.

It was very close to the city center, beautiful view, allowing us the late check-in without any additional cost, and they were really friendly to our son, even gave him a car for his birthday. Great price/value.

It was an old building, the furniture was old, but for the price it was the expectation from us.

Staff is great, they waited us to arrive after check in time. Lovely Ukrainian staff in the breakfast, had a nice chat with them. Bed was great, and the hotel is right in the city center, but still its quiet there.

We had an early train to catch and the staff opened the breakfast early for us.

The shower in our room did not have a door but a curtain which did not fit properly so the floor got wet

Loud noises outside at night . Didnt like reception left at 6 pm

The owner and assistant were super helpful! I was 2 hours delayed (train) and they waited for me, gave me good recommendations, etc... Bed was good, room had everything you need.

Walls are thin and it's noisey.
