Very good location if you’d prefer to hike, fine room, tasty breakfast, nice receptionists.

Air conditioning was not working for two days but fortunately the days were not so hot so that was not the problem. On the second day living a plant in a pot has been suddenly appeared in the room while I had strictly put ‘do not disturb’ mark on the door. It was removed by request with no issues but the case itself was strange.

Hotel was very clean and personel nice and helpful. Outside parking area had always free spot and hotel was easy to access with a car.

The renovation at the trailway station does not really make surroundings very beutiful. Also the shortest pedestrian road to the center is blocked. Rails have quite lot of traffic, so in case you are a deep sleeper, the noises might cause some troubles.

The staff was nice and friendly, and the hotel was clean and well-kept. We got an upgrade which was appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the room was also clean. Nice shower, comfortable sitting area, and useful coffee/tea station. The view from our room was pretty good.

Some equipment in the room could be improved. The TV was old and hard to control but manageable. Also, the AC was not powerful enough as it was quite hot outside and even hotter inside the room.

Necessities that are complimentary like toothbrush, makeup cleanser, hairbrush and stuff are not in the room, you'd have to call reception and have it delivered which is very not convenient for almost 100e a night. Also booking on here for standard king room got us a 2 double bed room when we got there, not sure what happened with that.

Rooms were big, clean, comfy, nice design, great view, etc. Breakfast really awesome, fresh and tasty.

BED! Too soft, like literally sleeping on ball. Not comfy at all, my back hurt from it in the morning. I don´t understand how someone is sleeping on beds that can´t stay "flat" .

Nice hotel. Stayed now for the second time , so it means that it meet the expectation.

The price is a bit high for what is offered, so the value for money is not the better side of this hotel in my opinion.

I use the hotel for my stays in Zilina when I have a job in the companies nearby but I can imagine to stay there for a family holiday. I really enjoyed the comfortable bed and great breakfast.

The hotel we booked last minute, and it was just the perfect choice. The room was very clean and good size, with an amazing view of the mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Quick access to the train station.

Everything was fine except that we were woken up by an evacuation siren at 5am on sunday and made to leave our rooms. After a few minutes, when everyone was went out, they announced only in Slovak that the difficulty was removed and people could return to their rooms. Those who don’t understand Slovak had to figure it out on their own because some people started returning to their rooms.
