Nested in beautiful surroundings of a lush garden and breathtaking views this villa offers excellent services, convenient distance from downtown (just call Bolt). Delicious breakfast, good choice, great coffee once you find out how the machine works and 10/10 mixed drinks. Just trust your barista.

Slightly inconveniently placed AC unit in the 4 bedroom apartment, blowing directly onto you while in bed. Just open the window, it will be cool enough in Žilina most of the nights anyway. Please fix the following: Leaky shower. Moving toilet seat. The mattress in the double bed needs changing...feels like sleeping in a bathtub.

We were met at reception buy a friendly member of staff, he kindly helped with luggage and changed our room from the third floor. The room that was given was large and clean. We enjoyed the pool and sauna until Pepe and Fifi turned up!

Unfortunately the breakfast was the only part of the hotel and service that let the hotel down. We went for breakfast for about 8.00am. On arrival in the breakfast room we noticed a lack of food. Either someone had eaten too much or the kitchen had not cooked enough. The hot water for drinks machine did not work. It took three members of staff to refill the hot water container.

This is a very charming and cozy historic hotel — both beautiful and comfortable. The overall convenience is quite high. However, the bathroom is placed inside the room without full separation, which causes some humidity to build up; this could be better maintained. The spa center is amazing for relaxation, and the option to choose specific visiting hours is a great bonus, as it prevents crowding. The breakfasts are varied and tasty. The view from the window is stunning, and the city center is within walking distance.

Good location near the place we were visiting, we had the honeymoon suite which was lovely however the shower is a bit small, but as a room is nice. Aircon is amazing so are beds, we had a good night stay. The receptionist was an asset as is definitely saving the place, she’s so lovely and helpful.

The breakfast was atrocious - it was insanely hot in the breakfast room with all the windows closed and no aircon… the selection was poor, bakery underdone, the hot food looking rather sorry for itself, cheap ingredients, plastic fake scrambled eggs and this was topped up by an angry young waitress who didn’t even acknowledge us, saw us struggling with the coffee machine but didn’t care one bit to ask if we would like a coffee and we had to even move away when she was storming around the place. We felt very unwelcome there - oh and we were the only ones for breakfast - she was not busy at all.

This hotel is a great choice when visiting Žilina. The staff is helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is varied and tasty, and the restaurant located on the first floor offers delicious dishes with a modern touch. The wellness centre ensures privacy and the access to the swimming pool is easy to book. I highly recommend booking this hotel if you are looking for an elegant place away from the city's noise.

The hotel is really nice. The room was clean and pretty comfortable. Even though it was small, the space was organized pretty well. The breakfast was good enough with a good variety offered. There's also a restaurant with lunch/dinner options, the food there was great.

Even though the hotel itself is nice, the neighborhood is very industrial and nowhere really to go by foot. There were too few towel hangers in the bathroom. The mattress was comfy but very squeaky. No elevator.

Beautiful property, great amenities, staff is so incredibly friendly! Pet friendly and breakfast is wonderful. Free parking and option of wellness center are added bonuses.

Not a complaint at all, but location is a bit far from central Žilina

Quite a pleasant place. Room with minimalist furnishings, clean and spacious. A pleasant garden with a view and available parking is a big plus.

The biggest downside is the breakfasts. Despite the summer season, there were hardly any fresh vegetables or fruits. But for this price, I'm able to accept it.

Good hotel. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. There is a parking lot at the hotel. We liked it.

Please inform customers that the pool is for a fee. So that there is no surprise in the morning when checking out.

Wonderful hotel for the family stay. The staff is very friendly. Wellness has everything, that needed for the relax. We had a early departure, the breakfast packages were prepared on time and were good enough as well as hot drinks to go.
