I and of my friend were travelling with motorcycles across Slovakia, obviously in summer, and needed a place to spend a night after a a many km on the road. It was the perfect spot, just on the route, very clean, with a restaurant to provide basic but tasty food and a glass of beer. The rooms were nicely furnished and clean, modern nice bathroom. The fire in the reception and restaurant were really nice and welcoming.

Very close to the slopes, excellent price value ratio, well-equipped bathroom. Personally I loved that the hotel doesn’t implement this nowadays standard neutral room design. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The soundproofing of the rooms is not the best and the dinner menu can be improved.

The staff were lovely, and the view from my room was beautiful with big windows overlooking the forest! I ended up needing to go to the emergency medical treatment centre during my stay, and I missed breakfast, but the waitress put some food aside for me for when I returned which was very kind and much appreciated 😊

Excellent location, quiet, peaceful place. Cozy rooms. Great wellness facility. We liked the breakfast buffet, too. Staff was kind and helpful. We booked 2 rooms, both with balcony, we receiced one without, but upon complaint, the problem was swiftly resolved. We'll definitely return.:)

The rooms are comfortable, the surrounding is beautiful, you can reach everything easily.

I missed the coffee-mashine from breakfast. For the luxury feeling I wouldn't ask for extra-fee for the wellness

This was such a nice experience for us. This was one of the first hotel we stayed where the reality is better than the photos. Great location, quiet place, very clean rooms, the wellness center was a great surprise, the breakfast was very good as well. The staff is so kind and helpful, we highly recommend this place, we will definitely come back here!

It has not been first time we stayed in your hotel. We were always happy come back as we love the place and location is just amazing. We come to relax and especially me and my partner look for comfort and pieceful environment and this si what we can meet in your hotel. There is one thing that was irritating us especially during our last stay, closing everything at 8 o clock. We couldnt sit and chat with my partner downstair in lobby bar. Every night we been sent to room after 8 o clock. It gave us feeling that we are threated like kids and dont understand while we couldnt just sit downstair to have a rest and talk but instead we had to go to room and stopped in the room. Its a bit stupid. Everynight we ordered some drinks and reapetedly been informed to finished drink and after we had to go to room. Honestly its so bad. We would be so happy if this could be somehow changed cause otherwise we wont come back to your hotel and we would be very sorry as we used to visit your hotel regulary.
