The room was very spacious! The terrace was amazingly big, unfortunately due cold weather we did not enjoy it as much as we could. The TV was OK. The toilet as well. Breakfast was completely OK. They served everything you´d expect... some sausages, cheese, ham, mussli, croissants, coffee, tea... water.. so for a weekend, or event a bit longer stay completely usable. The fitness downstairs was also pretty ok, jacuzzi and the sauna are in the same room, so the positive about it is that its private during the reserved time, and no one else will be there with you. Infra sauna is for one person, or two very tiny people.

To our surprise the jacuzzi in the bathroom was not working, and we took the room just because that, so hopefully the management will take care of it. In 4 star hotels you´d expect some water to be offered, plus some tea coffee with the kettle, but unfortunately this was not the case. So after sauna we had to go to the bar and buy the tea there. This should be fixed.

The staff was very nice - they even accommodated my need for glutenfree breakfast which was highly appreciated! The gym is not too useful as the equipment barely works and is old and cranky but f you want to simple move your body a bit its fine. The saunas within wellness were super nice. we greatly appreciated the free backdoor parking and the time of the check out being 12:00. Location is superb - just a short walk of 3mins to the center. Overall our stay was very nice - thanks!

There were some slight issues with the cleanliness in the bathroom, minifridge and wellness. Nothing crazy, just a few details worth looking at.

The room was large and stylish, with a large bed and calm environment. Breakfast was tasty :-)

Poor accessibility of plugs to charge a phone; it would be better to have more plugs or extenders. Ventilation in the bathroom was not completely effective.....

The friendliness of the receptionist - we had great, long chats. Breakfasts were good. Stunning view from breakfast room. Comfortable bed. Good shower - easy to use - for once!

TV didn’t work. I wanted to listen to music! Lighting a bit dim.

There was no electricity in the room and in the bathroom. Roof lights were ok though. Seemed a temporary issue, in my room solely, however I could not charge my phone or watch TV.

I chose the Comfort Hotel because of its name and it was indeed comfortable. The staff were kind and friendly.

Great central.llcation. Helpfull staff and clean rooms. If you plan to visit nitra its ideal. Rooms are spaceus and beds are comfortable. minibar prices are reasonable.

There is no restaurant at the hotel so be prepared to go out for food. this also.means the brakefast is little simplistic for a 4 star hotel. also moat rooms feature twin beds and are put together to create one big bed. For sure not for couples that like to cuddle.

The hotel is situated in a very city center, which is great. Clean, comfy. Very nice staff with good foreign language skills.

I would prefer if spa was open until late for the guests as well as the bar in the hotel, especially in the summer time when people want to stay up late and enjoy themselves.

The Bar, food. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Also the Sauna and Jacuzzi.

The accommodation was very pleasant, and the breakfast was tasty and varied. The staff was friendly, and the hotel is located right in the city center.
