The hotel was located in a very central part of the city. You could reach everywhere easily. Taxi rides are reasonably priced. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

It is not that I did not like but the bus stop is in an open space, so, beware of the rainy days. You may not have shelter from the wind and rain, so watch the weather forecast before you go there.

The lovely friendly ladies who made sure everyone, including my dogs wee welcome. My dogs loved being greeted with doggy treat on checking in, and the welcome glass of seck was lovely to sit and relax with after I got to me room.

From the outside you think that it's another worn place from the 70ties. On the inside it's top modern. Welcome drink, fantastic room, breakfast, parking in back of the hotel. Attention to details. Piano music in hallways

Searched for remote control for the AC and could not find it anywhere. Remarked in the morning and I am sure it will be solved for the next guest.

Comfortable and quiet hotel right in the Nitra city center. The staff was very nice and helpful, rooms quiet and spacious, very big and comfortable beds, air conditioning. Even though there were concerts right in front of the hotel, once you closed the window, you couldn't hear anything. Plenty of parking spaces for everybody right behind the hotel.

The entrance to the hotel a bit hard to find, you need to enter what looks like a pedestrian zone - but after no more than 50 m you see the sign for the parking.

++ hotel is right in the city center +++ the staff was extremely nice ++ the room was oriented to inner courtyard, so it was pretty quiet even during rush hours

- there was no easily accessible electric plug near the working table.

We was greeted by a very nice lady, who showed us the room, which was very clean and tidy! The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was also very good with the FRESH COFFEE! Thank you very much! Next time will come here again!

We had some problems with one of our three rooms at night. The night manager was poorly trained to handle the issue. The next morning, the hotel manager, Jana Billova, was AMAZING! She more than made up for all the problems. We were very pleased. I recommend this hotel because of her.

We choose everytime this hotel, because the warm welcome of the reception, the comfort of the whole hotel, the location, and the good breakfast.
