How close the hotel is to the old town centre is just insane. You just go out and you are on the main pedestrian area. The room was huge. There is a fridge. They didn't make any problems about us coming with a dog (there's extra fee included in the bill though). I cannot fathom why people give it such low marks, especially on google reviews. Maybe because they remember the hotel from the times before restoration. It's the whole new level now.

The only thing that I can think of is cleaning the windows. The view is great but would be better with windows refreshed.

Best location, nice receptionists, all in all pretty good. Way better than the past reviews make you think (looks renovated inside, whivh might be the reason)

Had loud neighbours/bar, water didnt drain fast in the shower

The staff mixed up my room and put me in with an unknown person. But everything was quickly sorted out

The property has a great parking space included in the price and it is located at the very center of the city. The staff is always helpfull.

I could not browse the internet. You get a password and a user name but it only shows that your device is connected. This happened to me for the second time When trying to open a browsing window a pop up window informes you that the server is not responding. The problem might be me ;) but I would appreciate some instructions on a paper in the hotel room to see how I can try to fix any problems with net connection.

The room was spacious and had everything necessary fridge, cattle, soap etc. Overall comfortable.

At the reception there were some girls who seemed to be in high school, they were not very professional. Kept on laughing and talking among each other during check in which made me uncomfortable since I don’t understand them. It’s impossible to take a bath because the plug for the tub was to small. Also the water was barley hot.

Spending 10 days a hotel where I payed 572 Euros, I was told that the room could not be cleaned on a daily basis because I was staying for more than a day. That is not good for business.

Rooms should be cleaned on daily basis even if the customers who pay for the stay spend more than a week.

The location was good. Members of the staff were kind and helpful. Good heating system

The window was broken, with no English notification - do not open -. Despite the attempts of the staff, the technicians never came to fix it, and the window remained slightly open. There was no cleaning service except for one day of emptying the bins, and no extra toilet paper was provided since the start of our stay. One of the night lights next to the bed was broken. The elevator is not operating on the ground floor. The breakfast was not as presented in the photos. A menu is provided with six options.

Good location

First thing first we booked room with Balcony but we been given totally with out any notice different room. Bathroom not been ventilated really warm in bathroom shower head broken, no Aircon we been given fan,no mesh on windows to stop midgets out. Breakfast wasn't great at all.

The location was great. The staff helped us with advices.

There was no soap in bathroom, nor hairdryer.
