Location is just perfect. Staff were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful, they did everything to make our stay pleasant.

Parking is just awkward but I understand there is no chance to have it right next to the hotel. Room could be better equipped, for example with rails to help the people get out of the bath or with working air-conditioning.

I was nicely surprised about the hotel quality. Interior premises as well as the room looks very nice, all very well cleaned and no issues occurred during our stay - all was good. Location of the hotel is in the middle of city center, breakfast tasty, room size was fit for 2 persons, shower big enough. Hotel restaurant available at hotel premises as well as terrace

- little bummer is leaving the room until 10AM, not until noon - shower had no shelf inside to keep there shower get ... - beds were tough, but still acceptable - The receptionist should give a smile a little bit more :)

A great hotel with great location, just in the center. reception staff were very kind an helpful. A large , clean and well equipped room. Almost nothing is missing!, ,they thought about every thing to make it available for the guests.Great comfortable beds.

Room-cleaning service didn't perform the cleaning process properly. There was still dirt in the bathroom every where. bedsheets were not changed for 4 days

The rooms are a good size and comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful. The reception staff speak excellent English. The hotel is well situated close to the town centre in one direction and the big shopping centre in the other. There are many restaurants and cafes in the nearby area.

The description of a restaurant in the hotel is misleading. Very disappointingly, the restaurant in the hotel (which is not under the hotel management) has an entirely Asian menu and has no European or general international food. This restaurant is therefore of no use to me and, I imagine, many of the hotel guests.

THe hotel has a good location. It was clean and price is fine. It is good hotel for short or business stay.

There was only a small rooftop windows on the 4th floor. It looks like common mistake of small hotels. They are promoting through booking with lower price and there is lot of time some catch. However, the booking is a perfect place to get a good review from guests. Therefore, it should be reasonable to offer a better room, if the hotel was not full.

i arrived by midnight I was welcomed by Sandra I have a good opinion during my stay Room cleaners was sympathetic specially one of them.! breakfast is so-so .! need to be improved the receptionist Sandra is great, always pay attention to guest and does a very professional job and she is ver helpful i recommend this hotel and be lucky the guest who will be welcomed by Sandra i will certainly come back

Kind and helpful service at the reception. Exceptionally good matrac, warm and good smell of bedcloth, and super heating! Very good breakfast. The buliding itself is faboulous, unfortunately some details of the reconstruction do not comply with the style of the buliding ... but it has no effect on the service level, just pitty to recognise, as none of it is about the cost, but the lack of sophistication.

Missing vacuum cleaning of the floor in the room, service of the breakfast, they say breakfast is till 10:00, but at 9:30 it was packed away.... no big cup for tee, no lemon ... again the details. Lactose free also must be pre-ordered!

We enjoyed our staying a lot, it wasn't our first time. You meet very friendly and really helpful stuff, who is ready to help you in all your needs. Humble Thanks! A very comfy hotel with a pleasant atmosphere inside. Easy parking. Very nice room with all needed: comfortable bed, good bathroom, all needed for a proper rest. Stylish. Very pet friendly. Good, no very very good Asian food in a restaurant. A pleasant stay where you feel care from the hotel's stuff side no matter what and wish to come back. We really enjoyed.
