Location and breakfast was excellent

Attic rooms have really limited headroom and head of the bed under the lowest point. They rarely made the room up and cleaning during my week long stay was marginal at best. Parking is also awkward with wheeled cases due to rough stones.

Really nice accomodation, with very friendly and helpful staff. Great location in city center with parking which is a plus. As other reviews mentioned the breakfast is above the expectations. Eventhough it is smaller corner, it was fully packed with various options. Spa is not included in price, it is on top and private option only. It is written in hotel description, but i missed it and was surprised during check-in. My fault :)

Rooms description said minibar and fridge. But fridge was missing or hotel means it as one device. Same with coffeemachine and electric kettle, but it was one device. Not a problem until you need to boil water for kid and the water is always with coffee taste.

Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, the room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Staff were really good, really no issues at all. They made us feel very welcome through out. Hotel is in a good position to explore the city, I would stop here again.

I could hear the traffic outside the first night as it is a very busy road, however I slept better the 2nd night. This could just have been down to the travel from Bratislava from the UK.

The Staff and the kindness of people

The Story of sauna... its confusing becuz we tought its like all hotels in Bratislava per exemple... either its included or you pay an extra and use it as the other guests... but to have to book it privately seems a bit different and leads to missunderstanding and deception... 49 euros per hour, we could have a DAY ticket in oberlaa in vienna for same price. But still happy about the first visit to nitra and happy about the Service of the Staff and quality of hotel rooms

Overall we liked the hotel. The breakfast was really good with plenty of options. Our room was clean, and spacious (maybe too spacious). The hotel staff is super friendly and very helpful during our stay. And the wellness was a-mazing, you have to try it for sure!

The room we got was too big, we felt a bit lost in the room. The room looked like it was an office space before it became hotel room. It wasn't something that affected our experience – it was just too big for our taste. The only negative I would consider was a small window for such a big room. But that might be because we chose the budget option for the room.

The breakfast was great, very kind personnel and nice clean rooms.

The corridors were so heavily parfumed with a "leather" scent, that it was quite uncomfortable to stay more than a few seconds there. Also the rooms were so dark colored, that even with the lights on I could barely find my things in the room. Inside the hotel you have the feeling that the sun is down, even when it's a bright sunny day outside.

The location of the hotel was good, nice that hotel has its parking lot (if necessary). Stuff overall was nice, but nothing out of the basic requirements in the hotel - friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect! And the girl that welcomed us was so smiley and nice, that it truly improved early mornings! The room overall (and beds especially) were comfy. Everything was very clean.

The room is very dark. Even if we switched on all available lights in the room, it still was too dark - a little bit feeling of "cave" atmosphere. Also - although in the description of the room it was not stated (our mistake!), all pictures was with the bath. So it made our expectations about that. In real life - it was very cheap shower. Still - must admit that it worked well! In overall - price and especially average booking evaluation made our expectation higher then we get.

My card for some reason stopped working and I wasn’t able to enter my room. After I went to reception it was fixed. Also the one lady during the breakfast was very pushy to take the plates even in the case we didn’t finished yet

The breakfast was plentiful and rich. The staff was professional and kind. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel itself had a nice and unique vibe. Parking was easily accessible and close to the hotel. We were satisfied with our stay.

The comfort of the bed was okay. Unfortunately we could not use the jacuzzi because a reservation needs to be made.

Rooftop spa is totally worth it. Just be careful of ice if its below freezing :) the bar downstairs is also pretty nice for a little drink.

There isnt much natural light in the rooms it seems. The window/door couls use an upgrade probably, but it isnt a deal breaker.
