"The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the large rooms are beautifully furnished with solid wood furniture. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The convenience of having a fantastic restaurant right in the hotel is a major plus. The breakfasts served here are a delightful combination of à la carte options, such as delicious omelets (the champignon ones were particularly excellent), and a smaller buffet featuring things like ham, cheese, and yogurt. They modestly refer to it as a 'continental breakfast.'

There is hardly anything to criticize. If I were to mention any slight inconvenience, it would be that our room was located directly facing the church belfry, and the bells would ring quite early in the morning. However, this is beyond the control of the hotel management. Additionally, our room was a maisonette with steep stairs leading from the main room to the bedroom, but we were aware of this when booking the room."

Great location a couple of hundred metres from Orava Castle. Free, safe parking. Quiet overnight. Nice restaurant terrace on the hotel with a viewing of the castle. Our room was 2 levels and the stairs were wooden and quite steep, with a corner which made some small - not suitable if you are less mobile or unsure but fine for us. Only the bed is upstairs, the bathroom and seating are downstairs. Good shower. Breakfast was nice, with options.

Fridge wasn't turned on when we arrived so not cold. Light in the seating area was only a big ceiling light, so very bright and not relaxing - needs a smaller lamp too.

Loved everything about the hotel. The location is just perfect. Only a couple of meters from the Orava Castle. The room had all the necessary amenities. Clean room and comfortable beds. Warm and welcoming staff managing both the hotel and the restaurant. They do speak english and make every effort to help you. There is free parking available on the hotel premises. Restaurant was good. Dinner and breakfast were both good.

I found the stairs in the "duplex" room to be something to get used to. It may pose a risk especially for children and older adults. The temperature control for the room is done from the reception/restaurant. It can prove to be an inconvenience. A suggestion - Please keep a refillable bottle for water, next to the glasses. Guests can get the bottlenfilled at the restaurant when they need. It would definitely help.

Beautiful hotel! We loved the layout of our room, everything was very clean and unique. The shower was amazing, great water pressure the views of the Orava castle were thrilling and breathtaking. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The host speaks English, and that made us feel more comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with many options! It’s right next to Orava castle and several restaurants in the village. We are excited to come back again in the near future and we will definitely book a room with this hotel again.

A very good, clean hotel with extremely polite and helpful staff. The room was clean, cozy and big. The breakfast was very good, fresh and well presented. We also had dinner at the hotel's restaurant which exteeded our expectations. The hotel's chef is very very good. The plates that we ordered were delicious and very well presented. The parking just outside the hotel is free. Also the hotel is close to the castle just five minutes walk which means that you don't have to pay for a parking in order to visit the castle.

I liked the design with lots of wood. The room was quite nice, new and very clean, with an awesome bathroom. Restaurant on site with good food and a view of the castle; there was live music when I visited. They managed to find a place to store my bike.

The amount and location of power outlets in the room: one for night light, one for mini-fridge. If you want to charge your devices you need to disconnect something. The desk seems very high, it'd be hard to work from there.

Very nice, little, cosy hotel, located just 100-200 meters from castle entrance. Good room and bathroom space, comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast and restaurant food. I also praise the staff, smiling and efficient.

Pretty much everything - the maisonette idea was brilliant. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the staff attentive and hard working - and the view was worth 10 times what we paid. If you want to see Oravsky Castle (and you do) then this is the place to stay. Breakfast was great but beware of the pizzas - they are giant sized.

The staff were really nice )) It is located a few meters walk from Orava castle and approx. 2 km from the train station. The room and facilities were modern, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was really delicious. There's a mini supermarket and delicious restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

I did not seem to notice a heating equipment inside the room. Perhaps the walls were insulated already. The stay was comfortable though. I also connected to the restaurant wifi reaching up to my room as I did not find the password to the main wifi connection. I should have asked from the staff next time. I was still able to connect to the internet though.
