Super helpful & very kind staff and the fantastic room - the view, the jacuzzi & the incredibly comfortable bed all added up to a great experience. We both really liked the design and quality of everything in the room. The hotel’s pools are also a huge plus as they’re exactly the same as the ‘public’ ones, but with way less people :)

the choice of vegetarian & vegan food (both breakfasts & dinners) could be a little bit wider, although it’s still a plus that there were a few options available as it’s still not all that common

Food was excellent, all my family loved it. Excellent choice and so delicious.Pools/slides fantastic, better than Tatralandia. Rooms cleaned. Hotel cleaned.Everything was perfect.

The size of our room was a bit small, but there is more choice.

Pools, spa, watch bracelet as a door key. Facilities all good.

1 vegan option for dinner but not really a proper meal, just tofu and veg. It's so easy to cook vegan meals these days that we don't really understand why more effort isn't put into proper food. Use Google!

The hotel is a prefect choice for a relaxing holiday. The staff was nice, room was clean and modern. Unlimited access to all pools and 3h / day ticket to the wellness. The wellness area is fabulous. Multiples saunas, outdoor jacuzzi and nice rituals every day. The hotel has Tesla chargers. We look forward for our next visit.

Breakfast should be improved.

The staff, especially at the reception, was exceptionally nice and helpful - nothing was a problem. The cleanliness of premises and room was also outstanding. Very good hotel.

The staff were very nice especially two bartenders. Private swimming pools and comfy rooms.

Small parking space

All great … please I forget black pants in room 1011 . Is possible to send them to my sister home : In Czech rep. hotel charge premium rates, but acting like hotel 8 ( cheap hotel) they don’t send me my pants.. they acknowledge they have my pants and that’s all … I spent in hotel 3 000$ And hotel can’t spend 10$ ??? Cheap… and this was my 3th. Visit from USA … I think my last one…
