Great place for children. Nice and big playground. Decent sized pool with some water playground amenities. Nicely equipped kitchenette. Great bakery on site. Animations for kids are provided.

Wellness center is a missed opportunity. While the place is decent on its own, given the views outside it had a potential to be amazing. Few strategically placed plants could make you focus on beautiful Tatra view instead of parking lot and rooftop equipment. As it is now the privacy is an issue.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The place is perfect if you have kids, a lot of attractions, and they are always entertained.

Although I was looking for a place with entertainment for kids, I think that at least the main swimming pool should be just for adults. This big slide in the middle of the swimming pool is a bit too much; there are plenty of attractions dedicated to kids. Also, both restaurants can be improved. The indian one should be open and close a bit later: not sure who is going to eat at 5 pm, and definitely too early at 8 pm for the closing time (we didn't manage to eat there because of that). The PINUS restaurant has very poor and heavy food.

The apartment was cosy and well-equipped. Sinice we stayed during Christmas time, there were some presents like a plate of various fruits and a box with sweets. We came with kids, so there were special dishes and bath sets for kids, which is very nice.

On Christmas Eve, we couldn’t go in any of the restaurants, because the tables had to be reserved in advance. But since we arrived that day and were not told in advance, we couldn’t do anything but just wait until the next day. Even though the ski slope was functioning and my elder son could ski, there was no place for the little one for sledding. They started to make the sledding mountain for kids later after Christmas.

The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. The staff was friendly and the bus transportation facility to the ski slope was very helpful, even if the return program could have been a bit later. The hotel is very close to both Jasna ski area and Tatralandia Aquapark. For beginners, their slopes are also very good (free access for 3 hours per day). They also have a small spa center where you have free access once every 2 days for an hour and a half.

I was a bit confused by their advertisement with ski pass and spa included (as I thought it was the same as TMR hotels) only after reading the description I understood what they actually meant.

An excellent place to spend time with the family! We have visited this resort more than three times, and with each visit, it becomes increasingly clear how much emphasis they place on catering to families with children. There are animators, an amusement park, and a mini zoo, providing plenty of activities to keep children entertained. Additionally, the resort offers a restaurant, bar, gym, and fitness center to keep adults engaged. The ski slope is perfect for beginners, both kids and adults, although it might feel a bit dull for more advanced skiers.

Over four days, no one cleaned the room or brought fresh towels even once. There seems to be poor logistical coordination between the restaurant and the reception. Additionally, I hadn’t pre-booked accommodation with dinner included and only dined on the days that were convenient for us, meaning I should have only been charged for the meals I actually used. However, upon checkout, I was billed for twice as many dinners as I actually had. Another unpleasant detail worth noting is that if you plan to ski and use the resort's ski pass, be aware that on the last day of your stay, the day of checkout, you are inexplicably not allowed to use the complimentary ski pass.

Great location, nice cottages, comfy rooms. We had appartment for 4 and we didn't miss anything there. There was also cutlery and dishes for kids. Beautiful views and a lot of fun and activities for kids. Parking is available directly next to the cottage, no need to walk long distances with luggage. Possibility to charge el-cars there. Possibility to have your pet with you. Most of the staff we met was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast time in the restaurant was busy, horrible busy, queues, often missing food or plates.. Lady there wasn't very helpful, when we asked for children's chair, she just said we should look somewhere in the restaurant and we will find some. I would also expect in this kind of big resort possibility to pay "on the room", so we would not need to have money with us all the time (mostly when you go for a swim, it is not that much fun).

It's a perfect place for a family with children. Great ski instructors and ski slope for beginners. Room big enough, with everything you need. Plenty of parking space. The food is a bit monotonous.

We bought option with breakfast and dinner. To our surprise we had to pay additionaly for drinks (even water!) for dinner. We were unlucky to have bad weather, so it's not really a resort's fault, but there is not much to do when it rains all the time. Caves were closed. The only real option is Tatralandia aquapark, but it was packed, as you can imagine.

It is located in a beautiful environment. Our apartment was stylish and was in great condition and perfectly clean. All the staff at the reception were very kind, and also at the restaurant. Multiple sports opportunities are available (basketball, football, and table tennis), and the fun zone has some great stuff.

Not everything is free in the fun zone, even though we had an entry pass to it. The pools at the spa are not warm.

The property is well thought of with a lot of activities for kids, considering you want to stay on the premises of this resort

The biggest minus of this location is that if you want to ski outside the Demanova resort, then it’s almost impossible to use any of the facilities included in the price, considering that their ski free pass of three hours is only valid until 4:30 PM and the spa allows kids entrance until 5pm. Since I visited with my kids, we weren’t able to use any of the facilities.

We liked the place itself. It's well equipped, easy to get there. We came here for skiing, so we really liked the free bus to ski paradise. Breakfast was delicious and the stuff very kind. We would definitely come back next year with our whole family.

Sometimes we heard the machine which prepared the place for skiing in the resort. The windows isolation is not the best, when it was so windy outside, it was colder on that side of the bed (by the window). Room maintenance wasn't the best, some of the light switches weren't working.
