This hotel is amazing, location is near by to ski slopes or in summer time for hiking. Hotel has sauna world which is amazing to chill out after skiing or hiking. Breakfast was really good lots of to choose from. Size of the room was very big and spacious. In the evening you can use the bar or play bowling, pool or go to play room. I would like to compliment a receptionist call Veronika, who welcomed us with nice smile, she's the most nicest kindness and helpful receptionist I have ever met. Hotel should be very proud of having her there. She's a star We will definitely be back again.

All hotel has offered is good. There's nothing negative to say.

It was a good hotel, also the location and the possibility of having the ski bus offered by the hotel. A lot of things for children, a playground, swimming pool, and hosts to entertain the kids. Everything was nice, if I had to choose I would come back again to this hotel. The food also was good

We stayed there during New Year's evening, and it would have been nice to be notified in advance of the price of the New Year evening dinner. We only found out when we paid at the checkout.

Large, comfortable room, amazing spa facilities for both adults and families, great breakfast buffet, convenient bus to the slopes throughout the day, fun kids activities in the afternoon, beautiful setting in a pine forest

It would have been useful to have a second dinner option - sometimes we didn't want 4 courses, plus the kids options weren't particularly child friendly. We went down the road to Bar Fakt a few times which was great. Also, our room wasn't properly cleaned each day. We had the same mugs all week for example. The room was also extremely hot which we couldn't change

The area I know well, I just was checking hotels I didn't experience yet..for future work.

Swimming area kind of small and not enough space for sitting and moving around. And cold water. I didn't like upato some hour I think 16:00 you can do any food order! And later evening is just set menu you can order. So we went out to eat. The room was perfect, and 2 nights we heard lots of noise kind of party some tourists they were doing in the coredor of some floor.

Food at the hotel was amazing, so much variety with different options every night for a 3 course served meal. We loved the buffet breakfast and thought the 1-2.30pm 'snacks' were a perfect option for a small lunch. Children enjoyed the facilities including pool, bowling alley and games room. Adults loved the swimming, sauna and cocktails. Ski bus was brilliant and went to ask the main areas.

Thought paying for bowling, pool and air hockey was annoying given cost of the hotel

Breakfast was ok but need more variety on the hot dishes, can’t have the same everyday when you stay for a week.

Second time we’ve stayed,still don’t understand the need for only the set 4 course dinner menu. Sometimes you don’t need or want that especially with kids. After a day skiing it’s a hassle to have to travel for dinner.

separate swimming pool/spa areas for adults and children

despite the fact the hotel charges €40 per dog per night!, apart of keeping the dog in the room, nothing else is allowed. staying at the bar is a problem, eating area not allowed (this is understandable) but the hotel does not offer any option for those who have to keep the dog near and would like to eat together. as a separate remark - the staff should keep the two parking spots where a charger for electric cars (Greenway) is located, clear from non-electric cars (those spots where occupied by standard vehicles almost all the time). we managed to charge our car during our stay, but if someone traveling wanted to recharge the car on the further journey, would be completely trapped.

We loved services at the hotel such as delicious breakfast, 2 different spas, and a shuttle bus to the slopes, a large room, and friendly staff.

There is not much to complain about. If it were in our power, we would choose a different button panel in the lifts :-D as there were times that the lift would not respond.

The family friendly facilities were fantastic. So many activities to keep everyone busy, great wellness area. Shuttle to the ski field was very handy.

The only thing I could fault that they only had set dinner menus and limited children options. The food was good but would of preferred more options depending on how hungry you are.

Lovely location with a wonderful spa. Great breakfast too.

The spa (20:00) and pool (21:00) close far too early, especially on a Saturday. You have to factor that in around dinner plans unfortunately. If the facilities were open till 22:00 or even 23:00 this hotel would be PERFECT
