With a perfect location on the southern slope of the mountain, the hotel offers beutiful views and a comfortable ski base. Although we do not ski, we only do hiking, we enjoyed our stay a lot! We received great ideas fitted to the weather conditions for family outings. Hotel staff are exceptional. We stayed for the New Year’s Eve celebration, which was super fun, well organised and by the way, dog friendly. Everyone is kind, helpful and hard working. Thank you for the unforgetable memories, Hotel Srdiecko!!

There is nothing we didn’t like. If i really want to mention something on the down side it would be the size of rooms, but hey, what more do we need really??

Very nice location, clean rooms, maximum kind staff, good foods. GoPass was included, so free cabel-cabin for everybody one time return ticket per day included. Flawless breakfast. Perfect wellness.

The rooms are very very tiny. I mean it is good for sleeping, but no place to sit down, a mini fridge would be nice and a mosquito-net for the windows would be very good also. At night we cannot leave the window open because of mosquitos.

The staff was very nice and helpful - exceptionally kind were the employees of the hotel bar who were very forthcoming. What definitely exceeded my expectations was the quality of breakfast - truly great selection, always fresh, delicious, including tasteful (!) coffee (not just hot colored water, you could actually taste the coffee and it was very good). In my opinion, some four star hotels could take an inspiration or two in this regard. Also, I very much appreciate the staff attitude towards my dog who was travelling with us - always had a bowl of water and a blanket at our disposal, so she could enjoy the trip like a proper member of the pack. I also liked the small library and play-corner for little kids - even though it did not concern me directly, I found it very thoughtful. To me it’s obvious that both hotel management, and responsible employees thought through various aspects of the facility, which really do contribute to making the stay at the hotel a very pleasant one - and leave the customers with determination of coming back.

The only thing I found a bit problematic was the shower in my room - I guess the sealing might have been damaged before as I always ended up with a little flood over the bathroom. However, a friend of mine who stayed in a room across the corridor didn’t experience such problem, so I expect this to be just a one-room case.

Everything was fine! Really! Extra kind staff -waiteres, waitresses, receptionists - everybody! We have never met such a kind hotel staff! The breakfasts and dinners were delicious, the wellness is well equipped. And we got cable car and aqua passes - which is great.

10/10 for the location! The hotel has a little oldschool vibe to it both inside and out (which I personally enjoy a lot hence our pick) but brings all the comfort you'd expect from a modern hotel today - and even more if you like to hanging out in the wellness area. Rooms are fitted with all you need, super clean and cozy! (Visited late summer and found that room can heat up quickly even with win wide open. A/C ?) The staff are super nice and always helpful! Really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Srdiečko and will definitely coming back in the future!

A really nice hotel, clean, with fantastic view straight to the mountains. If you are going to Jasna, it's definetly a hotel to take in consideration

Nice comfy property directly located on slope. Breakfast very rich, excellent for 3 star hotel. Dinner very good too. Recommend pay for half board. Extension of free parking is nice bonus too.

There should be bigger or additional hot-tube. Often was fully occupied.

The staff was kind and helpful, the food was tasty, everything was ok.

I would prefer a little bit bigger whirlpool.

Good choice of food, good coffee

There was a guy cutting wood under my window with a machine at times, which was noisy. I also think the hotel could do with AC for the communal areas which can get pretty hot in the summer. Also, the room windows could use nets.

The spa was exceptional especially as for a 3 star hotel
