Newly renovated. Nice and clean. In a quiet location. Good wifi. The staff didn’t speak much English, but they were all friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant serves delicious food and drinks at very good prices. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

No daily room service, though it’s not at all an issue, if you’re only staying for few days. The bed is too soft for us.

We went for hiking nearby (Dumbier) and stayed only one night but I wish we could’ve stayed longer! The place is beautifully renovated, our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, just like on the photos. The dinner and the breakfast were really tasty, plenty of options to choose from and the portions are also generous. The personnel was friendly and kind all times, extra points for the cute cat that lives on the property and greets the guests upon arrival. I recommend this place to everyone and we will be back for sure, next time for a longer stay! :)

This is a great little hotel/ chalet, perfect location, great rooms and fantastic chef. We stay here every winter for a skiing holiday and can not fault it. The staff is lovely too, and the private wellness after the day of skiing is just lush. We will come here again and again, we love it so much ❤️❤️❤️

There is nothing we don’t like about this property at all.

Everything was excellent. They were really friendly with dogs. Location is excellent, because you can choose from more different sky resort in the nearby. Breakfast was good and they have great price and offerings for dinner in the restaurant. The room is absolutely clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. I really recommend this place and I would choose again, during my visit in Chopok ski resort.

Someone may miss A/C, but even hot days (35°C outside), in-room temp was still pleasant ;-)

Calm location, modern and clean room, large and well-cared park around the hotel. We liked that camping is also possible. Great breakfast and dinner. Hotel brochure lists a lot of nearby opportunities, nearby "natural swimming pool" is good to cool-down after a long day of hiking/cycling

We had a room at ground floor, near reception/lounge area, so it was a bit noisy. While it seems to have a balcony, it does not have a balcony door (maybe for safety/security reasons...). it would be nice to dry our hiking/swimming clothes on the balcony, room lacks storage / hanging space for wet clothes and shoes.

Excellent room, clean and quiet, lovely environment

The meal parene buchty was served from frozen product, hence went hard and dry very fast….. should not be selling that meal from frozen, need to order those fresh which would last a few days chilled in the fridge. That is one dish where you cannot sell it from frozen…. All other dishes were great, and prices were reasonable.

We spent 6 nights in the hotel, we booked a 3-bedroom apartment for the family. The location is south of Chopok, indeed not where the fun is happening in central Jasna, but great is you are there for skiing. The ski lifts are minutes way by car, and we found parking places even at 10:30. Breakfast was basic, but decent. On the contrary, dinner was excellent ... except for the single variety of beer. There is a ski room for storing the boots. And board games in the dining room.

Extra space for storing the clothes is needed. There were 2 tiny wardrobes so we needed to improvise. Except shelter and food, the place does not offer much. The fuss-ball table is placed in the basement like an afterthought, and I did not see anyone playing while we stayed. The tennis table is outside, so it can't be used in the winter.

This hotel is perfect standing in the forest. Kind of staff perfect breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. We will booking in the future.

Unfortunately very thin walls and the neighbours room the family very loud! We couldn’t sleep and didn’t a relaxing night after the hard day.
