1)no one helps with the luggage, no matter how much staff you have 2)as there is s construction site near the hotel, our car was blocked down for 30 minutes and no one could help us sitting in the car and waiting for the “key-master” to come and open the gate 3)the restaurant is a weak point. the most expensive in the area, but the food quality is really average. Beef tartar is a disaster! 4) Breakfast is ok, but you will not find any local slovak specialities, standard continental

the cozinness of the place, great location, good food, the spa

- the way that people from the reception, even the waiters talked to tourists was bit akward - although we got a message from their part saying that if we arrive a bit earlier we can do an early check in (extra fee), whrn ee arrived we were asked to wait aprox 2 hours and then they gave us a room for people with disabilities -the tone the waiters used to answer to our questions regarding food

The restaurant menus is not really good but chef was flexible to make changes in Christmas menu for children.

The location of the hotel is ideal. Breakfast and dinner are great, the waiters are nice and qualified. The size of the room is sufficient, comfortable beds, good internet connection, grate Finnish and a steam saunas.

The room offered by the hotel has been adapted for the disabled, but the bathroom is really uncomfortable for people without special needs (if you are offered 303 rooms, think about whether it will suit you). This room is also very dark. As the room door to the corridor is not airtight, everything that happens in the corridor will be heard perfectly and a quiet rest will depend on those living nearby.

i got a room where was verry noise from spa. from 16:00 until 23;00 i hear just the motors of spa.

very nice and helpful staff, great food, close to many nice places to visit, facility as such was clean, comfortable, nice looking.

there is construction on other hotel ongoing there, which creates noice, problem with parking, not nice surroundings. And we were not informed about it what was not good.

Exceptional food, very nice and helpful staff, great location, rich breakfast (great variety), big spacious rooms and the beds were very comfortable.

Hard to access the hotel due to the construction works nearby, but this is not their fault.

Amazing hotel with great interior, nice staff. The room is big. Very close to the cable cars to the mountain. We will definitely come back!
