Beautiful surroundings, very close to nature and hiking trails. Beautiful hotel, great price-value ratio. Amazing breakfast with a wide variety of foods.

Parking is expensive at 13 EUR per day. Also managing extra requests weren't great. We left our toothpaste at home, and asked for one at the reception. Expected a 5 star hotel to give you a small tube, but they offered to open the giftshop where toothpaste was availabe instead. Our room had 2 storeys with steep stairs and we were visiting with a toddler. Asked for a baby gate, which was mentioned on booking as an option, but they couldn't provide any. Dinners were quite expensive at 30EUR per person, and weren't as great as the breakfast.

The location on the slopes, the fantastic swimming pool(s), health center and gym. Most of the products from the self service restaurant was of good quality and in quantity. The common aeras comfortable and well equipped with pool tables, card, chess tables.

Clearly understaffed causing delays (up to 25mn to have a steak, 50mn to have 1 pizza...) and multiple times to request for food, drinks etc... A lower ground floor "sport bar" with such a limited cocktails offer, even more reduced when ingredients are missing... while there is another bar in the lounge area on the ground floor that can propose the missing cocktails. Why not just share the cocktails card and ingredients?

It was our first time staying at the Damian Jasna Hotel. We definitely plan to come back ❤️. We appreciated garage parking. Room modernly furnished, spacious,clean. We appreciated the balcony with a view of the mountains. The hotel has an amazing wellness center on the top floor with breathtaking mountain views. The surprise was that the spa wasn't full at all. The hotel is really beautiful in wood and stone style. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast rich selection of food, everything tasted great. We also used the hotel restaurant the food was famous.You definitely won't be bored at hotel u can use biliard or bowling and other board games. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we look forward to our next stay. ❤️

Massive room, beautifully designed. Very fancy features (Japanese style toilet, automated curtains, ability to choose the pillow style). Tasty and varied buffet style breakfast and dinner. Very convenient to buy the ski pass from the hotel (€30 day/person). Right next to the slopes (5 min walk to ski lift). Great, spacious ski room to store your gear. Common areas are beautiful and very well kept. We also tried the a la carte restaurant for lunch and was also great. The Spa is to die for and so is the gym. Great, spacious facilities. Adults-only quiet area with saunas, steam rooms, salt rooms and cold plunges. Outdoor pool and great kids area. Fantastic gym. 10/10 recommend.

We had an amazing time at the Damian Hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive—words cannot do them justice. We rented ski equipment, and Tom and Luboš were highly professional, assisting us with everything we needed, always with a smile. The breakfast and dinner were both rich and delicious, served with a beautiful view. A special thanks to Lukáš, who provided excellent service with a big smile and a cheerful attitude. The hotel also features a well-stocked wine room with a fantastic selection. Martin gave us the best recommendations and kindly explained each option, making the experience unforgettable. Valerii from the restaurant also went above and beyond, serving us with warmth and exceptional hospitality. Overall, this is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at, and we highly recommend it. - we were lucky to get a quiet room, the insulation in the room/hotel was great. - the spa has quite a few nice options for pools/sauna/gym. - great variety of food for both breakfast and dinner. - fairly priced bar beverages - ski room is big and well organized. - stunning views - variety of entertainment activities

- english spoken by employees can be improved - a few small things can be improved for room cleaning/maintenance (low soap in bathroom, no refill for water bottles). - no direct pedestrian path from the hotel to the ski lifts.

- reception staff need more training. First I thought it is limited problem to one person, then I found they all were untrained and somehow not very nice (arrogance combined with lack of knowledge) - Hugh temperate through summer months in the room. I mean you should be able to regulate temperatures in the room and not having 27C

Absolutely everything. A new hotel with a very nice lobby, spacious rooms, well soundproofed, modern (For families with children I recommend the two-bedroom suite), the ski room is an extremely spacious room, short distance to the slope. A very rich and varied breakfast. The hotel has two restaurants. One is a la carte and the one where breakfast is served, you can also have dinner at a fixed price the food is very tasty, varied and does not repeat. (We only ate in the hotel and we were very satisfied). You have all the necessary facilities and the possibility of relaxation and fun in the hotel. Billiards, gym Fitness, pool. Another advantage of the hotel is the cigar lounge. It's very nice and comfortable. The hotel staff is very kind, offering help anytime.

Modern and huge hotel, located in a nice and picturesque area. Very close to chairlifts (Otupne and Biela Put are like 5 mins away). Great facilities, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Fast and reliable wi-fi.

Only one coffee machine during breakfast - a bit of a bottleneck as there's always a big line to it. Possibility of parking in a garage, but you have to pay for it additionally. All rooms have automatic controls for things like lighting, opening/closing curtains etc., but there's no highlighting and it's difficult to operate them in the darkness.

The architect and design was very nice, all panoramic lobby and wellness center is beautifully.

There was no program for the Christmas but at the same time hotel charged 60 euros for that when regular dinner was 30 euro, and it was the same dinner as always. Nothing was changed. And for this days staff was few, no one can give the regular service. Current stuff tried to do something but when the hotel is full you can not do more.
