The breakfast and dinner were really tasty. Rooms were really clean, and the bathroom design was excellent. Beds were really comfy.

I had to close the windows during night because some people went outside to smoke directly under our windows and the smoke went right into our room. The restaurant area is pretty small. Sometimes you have nowhere to sit during breakfast because there's so many people. Some people had nowhere to park, there were so many cars.

Overall, the 3-star hotel left a pleasant impression. When we arrived, some women came out of the restaurant—they had been sitting there initially—and then went out to the terrace with a dog, likely a husky. They noticed us but didn’t greet us; instead, they talked among themselves and laughed. We’re not sure if they were hotel staff, but their behavior created a somewhat awkward feeling, especially at the moment of our arrival. Shortly after, a friendly employee came out, politely asked if we had a reservation, and asked us to move our car — everything was handled appropriately. I hope the hotel will pay more attention to such details in the future, as they really shape the overall impression.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Jasná. We had originally planned to stay for two nights, but ended up staying for six — which really says it all. Because we extended our stay, the management spontaneously offered us a discount, entirely on their own initiative, after we had already agreed to the extra nights — something we’ve rarely experienced. Dinner and breakfast were very good, and the hotel is nicely located, with the cable lift to Chopok included.

Nice hotel with good restaurant, right by the ski slope. The room was coy and clean and very new. The wellness included two saunas and a jacuzzi. Some of the receptionists are very nice and could arrange the wellness to be private for us for one full hour without any surcharge. This was very nice.

The ski storage room is small and was full even though the hotel was not fully sold out those days I think.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is next to the slope, our room was very clean, the buffet style breakfast and dinner was good, pleasant library/board games room, we liked the wellness/spa facilities.

The ski storage room is not spacious enough. The rooms should be equipped with a small fridge too.

they made sure we had everything, they were really nice, the place is really pretty, clean and cozy, they helped us with a lot of organization, panning a hike we had a really great time

the superior room with "mountain view" was not really looking at any mountain😄 but otherwise it was great, no complaints, we just expected mountain view bc it said that

The place was in the amazing location, right by the slope and ski lift. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cute, although not very spacious. We had a nice balcony. The hotel had a very small spa wellness centre suitable for 4 people. We had a water carafe filled with water as welcome drink. A hotel has a snowboarding/ski equipment room. The room was cleaned every day.

We had a teapot in the room, but not tea bags, that would have been nice. Also it would be a huge plus if the water carafe was supplemented every day (it is just the water that doesnt cost much). The spa wellness centre could have been more spacious, but more importantly - I would suggest to adapt jacuzzi lights and functions so the bubbles do not run out after 10-15 minutes and also more hotter water for jacuzzi.

The jacuzzi didn't work. The wellness seans is for 6 people at a time but in fact it is only for 4 - only 4 sunbeds there and very little space. The pillows are very uncomfortable - super big and do not keep the form.

The positive features are in a very good location, next to the slope in the center of the resort. clean room. there is a bar so you can have a drink after skiing. The workers are nice. negative features are breakfast and dinners. They are tasty but there are too few variety

Fantastic breakfast and dinner with plenty of delicious options! The hotel's location is excellent, offering direct access to slope 1. Alternatively, you can head to the left, just 50 meters from the hotel, for even more convenience. A perfect choice for a ski getaway!
