We were a family of 5 adults and 1 child. The location was absolutely spot on, very close to the ski lifts which made life easier with a child. The ski hire shop at the hotel was very friendly and helpful and sorted us out straight away. Ski passes were included in the hotel price and given to us on check in. The rooms were very clean and neat and comfortable for our 5 night stay. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff were very attentive. A great varied choice for adults and children and the coffee was good. The boot room was very accessible with secure lockers and boot drying fans. I would suggest that this hotel suited families and children the most. The buffet dinner was great and varied and we used this for one night but we prefer a la carte so we chose to eat out the other nights.

For us the bar area was a bit too chaotic with children running around. They do offer an adults only section but this was always full. It was no problem though as there were other hotels and bars very local that we went to. Again the buffet was busy with lots of children which is great for families with lots of kids. We preferred something a bit quieter so opted to eat off site.

The ski in/ski out location with the ease of having a locker and rental options in the hotel, are what make this a great option. Also the spa and outdoor hot tub after a long ski day is wonderful. Also the Christmas dinner was very good.

The price is almost four times what it was last year! As were the crowds. Making it closer to prices in Austria now, without the higher elevation and city center atmosphere.

We wanted to escape Christmas a bit, and this was a very good decision. The hotel is located right next to the ski lift, and it has nice wellness focusing more on sauna, steam baths. The deluxe rooms were nice and a food was good, especially tasty on the 24th. Everyone was very nice and friendly from the staff, I fully recommend this place.

At the breakfast the juices (3 or 4) were very basic, maybe having just orange juice instead but a higher quality would be better.

Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. A lot of hiking trails start or lead near the hotel which is very nice. Beautiful tarn 5 min walk from the hotel. Good for families with kids.

The hotel is very big and the majority of the guests are families with kids. The restaurant was very very busy during breakfast and dinner. Wellness/pool is quite small considering the number of guests and it gets very crowded during the rush hours (afternoon around 5-6pm). I just want to give a heads-up to those, who prefer a more calm and quiet environment that this might not be their cup of tea. Overall, the services are very good.

Good location, and good value for money. One of the best places for a skiing weekend. Everything was great except the staff.

The staff was a little bit mean, because we were hungarians. The receptionist could speak Hungarian, but she let them speak in english even though she knew they were hungarians. Otherwise the place was great with a great location. The only thing is that they do not like hungarians that much.

This is a very good hotel located 5 meters from the slope. The room was cozy and comfortable- good beds and pillows. SPA area is superb- salt, finnish and aroma saunas, outdoor jacuzzi and swimming pool- highly recommend to visit! Breakfast was amazing- large choice of food, freshly baked pastries, good coffee! Ski room is on the -1 floor with access to the slope. Ski rent is in the same building. Animation for children works everi day and last all day long.

Some small renovation needed

I very like facilities and wellness centrum. 3hs of wellness was enough for everyone. The breakfast was excellent. Food was delicious and always enough! Pretty kind staff and environment. The hotel looks a bit old but don´t get confused yourself! Inside it´s more equipment pretty new or fully new. I would visit this hotel again. :-)

Maybe is better to come to a breakfast till 8 or then after 8:45am, then it becomes crowded and some guests had to wait to be seated. We haven´t found any issues generally.
