Perfect location for hiking or skiing. Friendly staff. The breakfast was really exceptional. The studio was nice and clean. All the furnishings were of excellent quality. We wer altogetherhappy with the accomodation.

On our previous visit, we were accommodated in the main building and I thought I knew the place and did not pay too much attention to the description and the pictures (which were ablolutely correct) when booking. Now we were in studios in the side building. In these studios there is no (proper) table and there is not a single chair to sit down. And there is no reading lamp at the bed.

Excellent buffet options for breakfast and dinner with a great variety of dishes: not only traditional dishes can be tasted but also healthy options (salads, fish, seafood, soups, fruits) you can choose from. We loved the local spirit produced from cranberry. Great place to stay for families with children at any age - playground outside and inside also a pool for them in the wellness area. Children even receive a welcome non-alcoholic cocktail from the bar upon arrival. Beautiful panoramic view from the room. Great location - close to ski-lifts.

Wellness area opens at 1 pm only and you have to register at the reception in advance... but at least there are not many people when you go.

Hotel is really nice, very clean, our room was spacious and comfortable. I was very happy to find a sewing kit in our room as I had made a hole in my snowboard trousers! Food was amazing, delicious breakfasts and dinners, everyday something else, quite a big choice. Hotel stuff very kind and helpful. Great location, practically on the slope. We loved the ski room where we could leave our snowboard equipment to dry.

It would be beneficial to install a shower curtain. Even though the shower is big, water splashes into the middle of the bathroom without a curtain.

This place exceeds our expectations. The room was spacious and clean. Surprisingly quiet. Breakfast and dinner were included in room price. The variety and taste was fantastic. Sauna space was clean and relaxing. Although you should pick a less crowded time while you are there. This is a family resort so if you're travelling without kids it's better to use sauna later than 8pm. A massage was a great idea after a couple of days of hiking and a masseuse was very gentle with my back injury. If you are looking to hike to the mount Chopok there is a great track going straight from the resort. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to come back here in winter time too. Highly recommended!

Everything was great, especially the meals, breakfast and dinner were superb, personel super helpful. We really think, if we ever comback to visit Jasna again, we will stay at this hotel one more time. Pet friendly, maybe the stay for the pet could be a little bit cheaper (now it is 25eur).

Good location, very suitable for skiing. Delicious food both breakfast and dinner.Hotel staff are very helpful and respond to you rapidly. Rooms are very spacious and clean and beds are comfortable! Great experience!

We liked the property very much - the food was tasty (we had half-board), the rooms were spacious, and the ambiance was lovely (you are on the slopes in the middle of the forest). Also, if you have small children, there is a decently equipped playroom right next (above) the restaurant.

The location is both great and awkward depending on what level of skier you are (it is our fault - we underestimated this issue). If you are a decent skier, you can just ski down the slope, take a lift and you are in “business”. If you are a beginner, you may need to take a car or ski bus elsewhere. We had a couple of beginners, so ended up mostly taking the ski bus.

We were here twice and we liked our stay very much. This place is located right on the ski slope so it's very comfortable to ski and if needed take a break in our room. There is a great variety of food for breakfast and dinner. Super friendly staff. Playroom for kids was a big plus! Our kid was very happy :) Comfortable rooms. Nice Spa included in the stay.

Very good location, the beautiful view from the room balcony. Very tasty breakfast and dinner with various menu. Nice bar in the evening. Very friendly staff especially in the restaurant. The hotel placed on the skiing slope so for winter it have some more pluses.

Overal good, staff at reception very pleasant, friendly. Location is great. Welness small but nice and clean.

Service at breakfast average, food good but some items on the menu is not fresh (figgs or prawn is packed/frozen). If there is not enough guests in hotel no massage available in wellness.
