The location on the slopes, the fantastic swimming pool(s), health center and gym. Most of the products from the self service restaurant was of good quality and in quantity. The common aeras comfortable and well equipped with pool tables, card, chess tables.

Clearly understaffed causing delays (up to 25mn to have a steak, 50mn to have 1 pizza...) and multiple times to request for food, drinks etc... A lower ground floor "sport bar" with such a limited cocktails offer, even more reduced when ingredients are missing... while there is another bar in the lounge area on the ground floor that can propose the missing cocktails. Why not just share the cocktails card and ingredients?

Massive room, beautifully designed. Very fancy features (Japanese style toilet, automated curtains, ability to choose the pillow style). Tasty and varied buffet style breakfast and dinner. Very convenient to buy the ski pass from the hotel (€30 day/person). Right next to the slopes (5 min walk to ski lift). Great, spacious ski room to store your gear. Common areas are beautiful and very well kept. We also tried the a la carte restaurant for lunch and was also great. The Spa is to die for and so is the gym. Great, spacious facilities. Adults-only quiet area with saunas, steam rooms, salt rooms and cold plunges. Outdoor pool and great kids area. Fantastic gym. 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely everything. A new hotel with a very nice lobby, spacious rooms, well soundproofed, modern (For families with children I recommend the two-bedroom suite), the ski room is an extremely spacious room, short distance to the slope. A very rich and varied breakfast. The hotel has two restaurants. One is a la carte and the one where breakfast is served, you can also have dinner at a fixed price the food is very tasty, varied and does not repeat. (We only ate in the hotel and we were very satisfied). You have all the necessary facilities and the possibility of relaxation and fun in the hotel. Billiards, gym Fitness, pool. Another advantage of the hotel is the cigar lounge. It's very nice and comfortable. The hotel staff is very kind, offering help anytime.

We had an amazing time at the Damian Hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive—words cannot do them justice. We rented ski equipment, and Tom and Luboš were highly professional, assisting us with everything we needed, always with a smile. The breakfast and dinner were both rich and delicious, served with a beautiful view. A special thanks to Lukáš, who provided excellent service with a big smile and a cheerful attitude. The hotel also features a well-stocked wine room with a fantastic selection. Martin gave us the best recommendations and kindly explained each option, making the experience unforgettable. Valerii from the restaurant also went above and beyond, serving us with warmth and exceptional hospitality. Overall, this is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at, and we highly recommend it. - we were lucky to get a quiet room, the insulation in the room/hotel was great. - the spa has quite a few nice options for pools/sauna/gym. - great variety of food for both breakfast and dinner. - fairly priced bar beverages - ski room is big and well organized. - stunning views - variety of entertainment activities

- english spoken by employees can be improved - a few small things can be improved for room cleaning/maintenance (low soap in bathroom, no refill for water bottles). - no direct pedestrian path from the hotel to the ski lifts.

Modern and huge hotel, located in a nice and picturesque area. Very close to chairlifts (Otupne and Biela Put are like 5 mins away). Great facilities, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Fast and reliable wi-fi.

Only one coffee machine during breakfast - a bit of a bottleneck as there's always a big line to it. Possibility of parking in a garage, but you have to pay for it additionally. All rooms have automatic controls for things like lighting, opening/closing curtains etc., but there's no highlighting and it's difficult to operate them in the darkness.

Damian JASNA is one of the best hotels if not the best, out of the choices we had in the entire Tatras. Great location, very modern, fantastic facilities, top design and beautiful views from rooms bigger than average. If you take an apartment with 70+ square meters there is nothing you will be missing:-) Pool, indoor and outdoor, with kids area, kids animators, kids play rooms in restaurant, Snowbeer restaurant meals top level, very tasty food and class service, amazing efficient and welcoming staff everywhere.

Since hotel is not in full operation due to ongoing works some services are lacking ie no bell boy service to help with luggage. This is not much of an issue for me but if you need help unpacking your car with big family you’re on your own. Only thing I would critique would be washing machine in room which is far too noisy and was vibrating the floor underneath:-; not the best but just a minor thing, my son said he would definitely give 5 stars and I agree.

The architect and design was very nice, all panoramic lobby and wellness center is beautifully.

There was no program for the Christmas but at the same time hotel charged 60 euros for that when regular dinner was 30 euro, and it was the same dinner as always. Nothing was changed. And for this days staff was few, no one can give the regular service. Current stuff tried to do something but when the hotel is full you can not do more.

Wow, this is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever been to in my life, I've been to many five star hotels, but this hotel was really much more than five stars. The modern design is amazing, the staff is exceptionally nice, the surrounding landscape is breathtakingly beautiful. The rooms are huge like an apartment. And the highlight is the pool up in front of the view. Those who want to enjoy it are recommended to come and try it.

Due to the advance of the flight we had to leave the day before. But they didn't agree to refund us for that day. It really put a damper on the vacation, we'd still be happy to get a refund or a credit for the next vacation

The hotel is just great and is on and above our expectations. The overall mark and the notes are only because it was still under construction. Besides that it is build to fit each and every definition of top class hotel. Kid especially loved the spa area and open air warm pool on the roof, but also live music in the lobby, games, tables, decor, "smart" room controls are on the high standard. Would look forward to see it in the full glory next year.

Some parts were in the building process. I believe it will be fully completed for the next season. There were issues with pools, the ski room was not ready yet, breakfast was disorganized a little (still had full variety of everything), some building noises were also there. Things were broken (still needed to be adjusted?). The territory landscape design was also not finished yet. The only issue I don't know - how they will overcome is convenience / distance from the slope - you have to walk there either all way down or way up.
