This hotel hits the sweet spot in terms of price and value for skiers. While the room might not look very appealing or modern, the location right on the slopes is unbeatable. The ski storage room is spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. It’s convenient to walk out of your room, take the lift, get dressed for skiing, and find yourself right on the slope (with just a few stairs in between). In this area, it’s hard to find an early breakfast or a late dinner, so I was happy the hotel provided both. The food wasn’t fancy, but it was fresh and reasonably varied. However, by the end of dinner, some dishes could run out. During my stay, I really enjoyed swimming in the pool or relaxing after the sauna while watching skiers through the window.

The pricing structure was a bit confusing. A single accommodation cost half the price of a double in the same room. As a solo traveler, it was a great deal for me, but for couples, it might seem unfair.

The reception area, the toilet at the reception and the rooms need some renovation. The room doors do not really reduces noise, you can hear everything from the corridors. It is a bit expensive. The spa should be included in the spa or they should reduce the prices with 10%.

Ski in ski out hotel. Good food, nice staff (I am not sure about English skills, but they know Russian and it’s enough for me). Of course, good wellness area. (Be ready to be naked) They also allowed us to have late check out, helped with the taxi.

Good location in the heart of ski resort, close to the slope and ski elevator. Friendly and helpfull personel, very good food with high variety od products both breakfast and dinner. Ski cases with heating where Perfect espiacially that temperaturę was high and ski equipment including boots was aleays wet at the end of the day

Water pressure in bathroom very low. Noises grom corridor where heard even that people where note really loud. Lack of additional gabinet in bathroom

The hotel is really clean and cozy, has a little bit of old furniture, but what matters most was the cleaning (we appreciate this more). We even had a balcony with slopes view and the room was really heated. The breakfast and dinner had a variety of sorts of stuff and the food was delicious. The SPA area is so incredible, it is clean and cozy as well and has warm temperatures after a long day on your skis. Really helpful the heated locker for the skis to dry overnight. The slopes were really near the hotel.

There would be a lot more useful if at the exit backdoor was a staircase to go to the slopes, not to be constrained to walk through rocks and mud at your own risk. Some of the staff were a bit crunky.

It was located right next to 2 lifts, which were really easy to get to. The room was clean, but it was obvious that it is an older hotel. The staff was really nice but noone really spoke English. The ski locker room was really well equipped, and everyone had separate lockers that were heated.

Although the wellness was amazing and it had plenty of options, it was not included in the price. Fortunately, when I booked the room, 2 days were given to us as a bonus so we got to enjoy the facilities.

The food was consistently fantastic. Buffet-style breakfasts and dinners were varied, and included some really well-executed traditional Slovakian cuisine. An unexpected highlight of our stay!

Over the course of the week, our room was never properly cleaned, and the sheets/towels were never changed. This wasn’t the end of the world, but was surprising. The room was also definitely smaller than expected.

Location is perfect for skiers- you can ski to the lifts and come back skiing to the hotel after your ski trip. However, one should know that threre is no shops in the close vicinity (only some souvenirs shop at the lifts cash desk).

Queues to the gondolas and chair lifts were very long - about 15 minuts waiting. I didn't like skiers who were skiing too fast and to close to others.
