The hotel is in the center of many hiking paths (this is what we came for). It's far from the main road, so it's really quiet here. The hotel is surrounded by forests and a small lake (more like a pond, you can't swim there). The staff is friendly, though they are so-so with English. The hotel has a nice restaurant on-site, where we had breakfasts (buffet) and dinners (order from the menu). They have enough parking slots; we never had any issues with parking. The spa is pretty good, with a few saunas, a lounge zone. Jukuzzi didn't work there when we stayed. I lacked a swimming pool, but it wasn't critical. Pay attention that spa access is not included in the price. One-time entrance is 10 euro, or free if you buy a massage (around 40-50 euro). Though make sure to book massages in advance as spa works only from 4 to 8 pm, so all slots get occupied really fast. I don't have kids, but there's a playground in the hotel that kids seem to enjoy.

The beds are not so comfortable. They are not soft enough. Though if you like more hard mattresses, it will be ok. The opening hours of the restaurant, bar, and spa are really restricted. Everything closes at 8 pm, which is really early. So we had to plan our day to get back to the hotel much earlier than we wanted in order to use the spa and have dinner.

Beautiful location and walking distance to the slopes . The front office manager, Iveta, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and our stay special. The room was very cozy and warm with great views. The wellness centre after a day at the slopes was very calm and relaxing. We choose the half board option and compliments to the chef for amazing flavoursome food.. We defenetly recommend this Hotel.

Location is nice, in the forrest. Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good.

Rooms are a bit small for that price. Restaurant closes at 20 or 20.30 and after there is no place to stay for a drink or so. Also wellness and bowling are closed early. So actually after early dinner , there is nowhere to stay beside your room. Missed an atmosphere in the place.

We had a lovely stay here. The location is perfect, just by the lake, close to hiking trails, and within walking distance to the funicular. The breakfast and dinners were delicious, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. The only downside was that the mattresses were quite hard, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

It is a nice, newly renovated hotel which used to be a real high mountain shelter. The room was spacious , beds were comfortable. Breakfast was various and delicious. The main ski station ' Biela put' is about 700 ms away, but the hotel runs a mini bus transfer to take the guests to the pitch. A free cross- country ski arena is also ín the neighbourhood. Hotel staff is kind and helpful. Nice wellness area is also available.

If you take a late breakfast, some food, especially pastries are not available any more. Wearing swim suites is forbidden ín the entire wellness area, which we did not really understand why.

The spa/sauna is simply amazing! Room was big, comfortable, staff was helpfull and restaurant had good options for dinner.

I would just suggest the restaurant to stay opened a bit longer at night, although they didn't kick us out, when it was already time to close and we were still drinking wine. Thanks! 😄

Great location, big clean and new room, transport to biela put and back every day in the price, nice spa and sauna offer

We could use some kettle with possibility to boil water in the room, there was some hot water in restaurant area but it was only accessible during breakfast, I did not see other available one

The staff friendliness, the services provides and food was exceptional. We have been staying in 5star hotels, but the food was nowhere compared to home made delicious food served. The flexibility of staff was endless, they were ready to fulfill any need of our family. The wellness and massages were just perfect, high quality. We highly recommend this hotel families with children.

Surprisingly good hotel with restaurant and wellness. Room was modern and clean, so was bathroom. Bowling on site, wellness perfect (shame about jacuzzi not working during our stay). Wifi strong. Vrbicke pleso nearby is a beautiful place for a walk.

Not a big issue but there should be sugar on each table during the breakfast rather than one half empty sugar bowl for the whole place.

Great breakfast, great rooms, great location, walks start right at the hotel. Spa is great, bowling was great.

It was difficult finding out what was open when; it wasn't written down and it got very confusing due to language barriers. No prices were given for extras like spa and bowling, so we only found out at the end of our stay. When we checked out, the lady on reception didn't seem to want me to check any of the invoices before paying, though it was all fine. If these things had been better, I would rate 10 for everything.
