It was great. It was our second or third time to stay here. We got, what we expected. The quality of the service remained the same as before and we were satisfied with it. Probably we will stay here in the next time.

Sometimes there is no enough parking space. About the services, unfortunately we couldn't make a reservation with half board, only with breakfast.

Hotel crew very kind and professional. The room was clean, comfortable and equipped with all necessary stuffs (robes, towels, slippers, toiletries, safe, TV). Big parking lot for free. Breakfast is amezing and have a huge selection. For dinner have menu or à la carte. They cook very tasty. For hotel guests the sauna, jakuzzi and swimingpool are free. All clean and very enjoyable. Definitely 10 points!

Room was big enough for all of us, condition of the bathroom, the wellness options are great. A great place to stay, it was really silent in the night.

One of the workers in the wellness area was rude, we've got a room for 5 but the fifth bed was a spare one. We received 4 sets of stuff in the room. Do not believe the half-board! They tried to charge us for the dinner.

The region is exceptional, the hotel is perfect for hiking and is a great price to value pick. The spa offers relaxation opportunities after daytime activities.

It felt, that the restaurant is not really ready for serving people with allergies. Both the breakfast and the menu lacks wider options for gluten intolerants. The only pool is cold water.

The room was larger than expected. The hotel is situated in a very beautiful area. Swimmingpool was big enough. Breakfast was very good, variable.

There was a watercooker but no cups or tea bags.

Breakfast was superb and Veronica is just the best. Very good spa facilities.

Reception had no complete information about ski bus to Jasna ski resort.

Good location for skiing, well equipped hotel and lots of services including wellness. Breakfast was great as well.

Room was very small and looked at parking on the ground floor.

the biggest problem for us was that there is no ramp/platform to the hotel part. with little kid and a stroller it’s a bit uncomfortable, but not impossible.
