The apartments are new, right on the main street, but you can't hear the road. It's about 200 meters to the ski bus. The apartments are very clean, there is everything you need and need, a new ski room. The food at the hotel (300 meters from the apartments) deserves a separate comment. All the food for breakfast is very tasty, varied: omelettes, croutons, red fish, brie, prosecco and much more. They don't skimp on products, you can feel it. I will miss breakfasts for a long time. Dinners are a la carte, you choose 3 dishes from the restaurant menu. In 5 days we tried many dishes, everything was very tasty, high Slovak and European cuisine. I would not just like to, I would dream of coming back. We also visited the spa, for us it was 20 euros per person for 2 hours. The saunas are hot, they don't skimp either. I recommend this hotel or apartments to everyone.

The place is amazing. One inconvenience was that you had to walk to the main hotel building. I think it would be much more convenient to live in the main hotel building.

The pool is very small. We didn't understand why we had to reserve a time to enter it, because there were a lot of people and children allowed in. Since we don't live in the main building, it's inconvenient to change clothes, there was no blow dryer in the men's room, there weren't enough towels for everyone. The price of the pool does not match the quality.

Devil in the details. Nothing critical. I’m talking about room 101 and there are things you should consider, many of them might be just about this apartment. It’s near entrance door to the building and a bit below the ground - not the best comfort. Internet speed is very slow there but was great in the hotel . I wasn’t using apartment kitchen a lot, but it lacks some basics as a sponge in the kitchen salt, pepper, kitchen towels. I think apartments might have it

I expected to have dinners and breakfasts in the same building when we stayed. It was not the case. Apartment is in different builiding around 300 meters away. That gave us nice opp to have a walk :)

Really, nothing to improve. Everything was very good and along expectations.

Very good breakfasts in the main building (5min on foot). Perfect location for people heading to Chopok - the next bus stop gets extremely crowded so the one next to Demanova Apartments is the perfect choice! (5min on foot) Storage space for ski/snowboard gear very helpful. Parking space available next to the building. Although in the description there is no wifi, you get a password at the reception and it works really well!

Awesome breakfast, nice place next to highway with free parking. It is very close even to fast foods and shoping. Wi-fi was good, there was TV with a lot of programs. Everything nice and clean, modern, new.

It is necessary to pick up the keys at nearby hotel first. I didnt realized and the message from them didnt arrived as there was weak signal. Just prepare for it, and you have no problem. Also, nitpicking there was coffee machine with coffee, but no tea at all. Be sure to bring your own.

A definite good deal for the price. You get everything you need, a kitchenette that is fully equipped with silverware, pots and pants, coffee machine, kettle etc. Everything works, is clean and seems relatively new. There's no problem with the hot water. If interested in skiing and don't want to go by car - ski bus stop is a minute walk away. There is a skiroon where you can leave all your equipment, use dryers for the shoes. The reception is in a hotel near by.

A hairdryer would have been nice. It was either missing from our apartment or was not in the amenities list. And the check out is a bit on the earlier side.

Quiet place with good breakfast, but note there’s no elevator and you’ll need to pick up the keys (and have breakfast) at Hotel Demanova*** about 400m away—still, overall a good stay.

Wifi was a bit slow

Everything was amazing. The reception desk is open 24 hours, which is very convenient when checking in. The room is perfectly clean and modern in design, has everything you need in the room, including kitchen utensils. There is a separate bedroom and a kitchen studio. We'll come again.

Everything was great! The apartment looked like in pictures. It was impeccably clean. We had everything we needed. Bed is very comfortable, everything is new. The food was excellent. An excellent location for exploring both High and Low Tatras.

We wish the apartment wasn't in the basement, but that's just a minor complaint.
