We loved the location, all the green areas between the houses, the playgrounds. It is a perfect place for families with children. Everyone can relax and find some activity. Breakfast was buffet style, good variety. Dinner is also buffet style and was very welcomed after a long day in the aquapark. Passes are included for Tatralandia Aquapark. A big plus, I would say. Only the inside pools were open when we were visiting. But it was no problem for us with a toddler. I guess the older children would go crazy about all the slides outside. You have direct access to the Aquapark right across the street from the holiday village reception.

The stroller option on the baby's bracelet wasn't activated. To be honest, I didn't think to ask about it until we reached the gate and saw a family push the stroller through the designated gate. The apartment is a bit dated but still comfortable for a small family. You can definitely hear your neighbors talking, laughing, and so on.

The location is amazing ! It’s like 200m from tatralandia which is amazing, also you have a free entry for tatralandia and besenova . In that price we had dinner and breakfast (both of them were delicious) The staff were very friendly and we had a great time there . The only thing was the bar in the restaurant, because of that im giving minus stars .It was so expensive for family resturant. We had 6beers and 4borovicka and 1 vodka and we paid around 55€ , we was shocked haha one beer was like 5€ , the day before we was in Moravia aquapark and there was the same beer but on half price 😃 I can understand the price if its good rum or something but this was normal beer . Anyway keep an eye on the prices in the bar when you have taste for beer 👌🏾.

The little house we stayed in was nicely laid out and felt quite modern, bedding and beds were very comfy, the locations is great, we would definitely go back.

It was expensive for a small property with one shared bedroom for 4 people and it was warm with no aircon. The restaurant was shut the whole time we were there which wasn’t great and we hadn’t been warned before arrival.

We stayed during 4 nights in one of the bungalows. The bungalow was very clean, beds were comfy and the heat worked properly. We had included the ski pass & aquapark pass in the housing price, which was simply amazing. And also the breakfast 🤗 For getting to the slopes, a free bus was available at the resort. Aquapark was 400m close to our house. We recommend this place both for young couples or family groups. We will come back again for sure on this amazing resort. Very soonish, we hope 😁

Terrible breakfasts. There is nothing to eat and even to drink - nightmarish powdered juices from the machine. There are good mini-kitchens in the houses, so I would rather cook myself. Also - lack of cleaning, you have to be ready for this) Well, I can add an inconvenient check-in time (after 4:00 p.m.) and check-out time (before 10:00 a.m.), and changing the time for an additional fee (€20, €30, €40)

Enjoyed all the facilities included - house was very clean. Breakfast was good. Great thing to have ski & aqua passes included in the price. Good value for money, for sure. We will definitely come back next season. See you soon!

Clean nice flats Nice orginised outdoor

No airconditioning or even mesh in a balcony window so y can open it and have no insect inside. But u have fresh air Check in takes almost one hr ITS waste place i ever ben for checking in. (Traveling 10+ times a yeasr)

Super if you travel with small kids. The village is very well equipped with in- and outdoors playgrounds. The is a direct connection with the waterpark; separaed entrance is insured to the waterpark. The Zoo is very closed (50 meters) to the Village.

I didn't have any negative experience.

The new bungalows are very nice. The surrounding is well maintained. The food in the local restaurant is tasty, and the staff is very friendly.

The mini zoo at the far end of the complex is gone.

Holiday village has great facilities for a family with kids, proximity to aqua park and zoo, activities for children and a breakfast buffet. The area is beautiful.

The room does not have Wi-fi reception at all
