Desk & restaurant staff very friendly and polite. Rooms not big, but perfect for the stay. Heating, hot water, cleanliness, terrace - everything was fine. Breakfast very good and plenty of choices, dinner very well chosen, sufficient and tasty. Fireplace and lobby very cozy, fruit snacks & water fully available for guests. Wellness area very nice. Ski-boots room well located and handy, parking place just outside the hotel, ski-bus station at the hotel. An immense plus for fast ski-pass included in the stay package! We spent a perfect mini-holiday, it is not the first time and definitely will come back again!

the hotel and the surroundings are so beautiful, calming and the athmosphere is great. the wellness area is small, reservation was needed but it was very nice and comfortable. the breakfast was nice and the dinner very tasty. our room was very spacious and comfortable. it was a relaxing experience, thank you!

small portions for dinner for my husband, only one choice of meat, but food very tasty and good wine selection!

Staff mislead us on Go Pass cards by saying they provided free stuff as opposed to just a discount on certain services. Also charged my husband for decaffeinated coffee at breakfast despite breakfast being included with our room price.

Very good restaurant, prices like in 4* hotel :). Nice spa with sauna and spring next to. Helpful and smiling service. Comfortable and quiet room on back side of hotel (spring side). Free parking. Ski passes (fast pass) included into prize.

Spa is too small for weekend and high season with many guests.

Location of the property is good. Hotel is well designed, really comfortable.

It was mentioned that it is Adult friendly hotel, policy of the hotel mentioned that no children. However we saw at least 5 families with kids. Also rooms has bad soundproof. Deluxe room was up the bar. And housekeeping starts vacuuming hotel at 7:00 in the morning.

The wellness was amazing! The style of the room, the view from the room was also fantastic. The breakfast was okay. The hotel has a private ski bus. Which was very comfy. I was satisfied with all the services. Next time I will chose this hotel again for sure.

Very clean and spacious rooms. The entire hotel is beautiful and warm . The ski bus stop is in front of the hotel. This is one of the biggest facilities. Amazing breakfast. The ski pass and Aqua park pass were included.

The most wonderful place for a Tatra holiday. Perfect atmosphere, discreet and attentive service, fantastic menu and lots of space. And all around - smiling people who do their work thoroughly and sincerely.

The walls are too thin, everything fromnthe rooms around, feom the hallway could be heard.

This is our second season staying here. It was still amazing! Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great wellness and most importantly super delicious food. Bus leaves and arrives at the front of the door, very easy to get to the ski resort.
