Everything was perfect. The room was clean and had everything you needed, including a small kitchenette. The fact that there was a room for ski equipment was a nice bonus. Additionally, the hotel is right across from the bus station that takes you to the ski slopes, which was very convenient for us. You can find the schedule at the reception. The breakfast was very rich and delicious, served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM as a buffet. The staff was exceptional, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We will definitely return here!

A lovely place, with an amazing atmosphere and wonderful view just outside your room. The staff is great! Nice playground for the kids where they can safely hang out and play. The room is well equipped, with great temperature and cozy.

Hard to find something we didn't like. It takes some time for the boiler to re-heat - so we had to take some and wait between showers. It could have been nice to support cleaning room services during your stay for reservations that are more than 2-3 days.

The room is not that spacious but the area is planned very smart - like additional shelves to put the belongings. Also the room is equipped with everything you may need (the kitchenette has all dishes and appliances, table wear that are needed to prepare food yourself).

The only thing that could be better is that the room could be cleaned/equiped with additional toilet paper/etc. every other day (we stayed 4 nights and no one ever came to clean the room or bring additional toilet paper).

Very good, nice location. Bus station just in front of hotel. Small, but comfortable apartment, has everything what is needed in the kitchen. I really liked that it had many shelves, hangings. Many space for clothes and stuff. The same, but good breakfest.

Water leaking from bottom of shower. Foot towel always wet. No sound isolation, one night we had noisy neighbors.

The location was excellent for a ski trip, also we enjoyed the view. The ski bus station was right in front of the accommodation

The break fast was ok, but it was the in every morning anyway you have many options. I didn’t liked the beds. We had a studio for 2 person, a couple, and the only option for 2 persons was to rent a studio with twin beds

Receptionist was very nice and very helpful with everything we needed and answered all the questions we had. Room was good, very warm considering the temperature outside and very large windows. Very good position to go up to Jasna as bus station is literally across the street.

Shower cabin was a bit small for my size but other than that, everything was good.

The accomodation was clean, comfy and warm. Breakfast was tasty and various enough for us. The location is great. There is a bus station right in fornt of the hotel - perfect if you want to go skiing as we did by bus. The staff was kind, friendly and provided us lots of info about the ski resort, free bus schedule, about the resort itself, etc. We noticed that it is also a kid friendly place and there are lots of facilities at your disposal.

The property is a set of ground floor / first floor apartments, we had a ground floor one. The staff was very friendly and gave us a key during check in. The was also mail send in advance to use online check in and passcode but we've chosen traditional way. Location is perfect - beautiful mountain view, really next to the skibus stop, very close proximity to three restaurants and Coop shop and easy car access to Liptovsky's malls. Apartament was very cozy, clean, warm (there was -15 outside) and comfortable. First day the electrics went down, but afer we reported this to the main reception - it was fixed in hour or so. Breakfast are tasty, our kids loved them too. Ski storage is located kind in the middle / between the buildings. with easy access.

This is not a minus but wasn't really aware how to use the wellness and coming back to the apartment through outside path, may be tricky in -10. It doesn't change the my high rate anyway. Ski storage could have been better heated, as wearing ski boots after night was a bit challenge.

We had an opportunity to use the online check-in form so upon the arrival we didn't have to wait at the reception while the personnel enters our data. As we arrived quite late, it was really nice. Also, the fact that you can use a key or a code to enter the room is nice: it makes you worry less about forgetting the keys in the room and allows two people to move around separately. The ski room is very convenient and safe. It is locked from the outside. Additionally, inside the room, skis are going into a locked lace, so you can be sure no-one will take your equipment (by mistake for instance). The room was of a perfect size: spacious enough for two people, especially for a short-term stay when you spend most of your time out. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bathrooms was good as well. It is very warm in the room, which is also a big plus, and the wi-fi connection was always very stable and fast, we could watch a film and use several devices. The personnel was always very friendly and helpful. They made us copies of some documents. In the end of our stay the was an electricity shortage (on the 1st of January). It was solved within two hours and the stuff provided us with some electric candles on batteries and let us in the sauna to warm up and dry our hair, which was really nice of them.

It was a little bit hard to get anywhere from the hotel, not super flexible. The buses to the ski resort go every half an hour, however, you should be ready to wait for another bus since they are quite crowded. The stop of the public bus was located approximately ten minutes by foot from the hotel (the shop was also there), however, buses in this direction from the main bus station were not often, once we had to wait for one hour and a half for a bus. I wouldn't call it a big inconvenience but it is something that needs to be taken into the account. Also, the water in the sink in the kitchen was going away very slowly.

Very good location, clean and cozy rooms, everything was well organized inside rooms. The staff was helpful and provided lots of useful information. The fact that they have a sky equipment room and it's close to the sky bus station makes everything perfect for a skying vacation.

The breakfast could be better. It was ok but some diversification from a day to another would be welcomed. The room temperature was a bit under comfort zone (19°C) and it took almost 2 days to reach 21-22°C.
