Perfect hotel for staying in Liptovský Mikuláš! Very kind, professional and supportive staff. Clean rooms, amazing and tasty breakfast and dinner. Dinner - very good price and quality. Very good price - quality ratio. Good spa for this price. There is good rental of ski equipment. We were very happy to stay in the hotel. We recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel with easy access to Jasna! About 20min drive to the slopes! A good economical way to stay near Jasna during high skiing season!

Breakfast was amazing, both in quality and quantity. Parking was also quite good. Bed was also good. Having a fridge in the room in Slovakia is a privilege! Location was also nice, close to the town center.

The carpet in the room was very worn out. And both the main light and the bed light had blown out bulbs. So I had to call maintenance next day to get it sorted. Windows were also not always easy to close well, and because the road outside was a bit noisy, I had to master the closing of the windows, but OK. But my odyssey with the lights wasn't over: next day the staircase lights didn't work as well. I was expecting a bit more from a 4-star hotel. It was a good stay, but not a 4-star one.

Good hotel, near river, very good spa, good breakfast. Room itself was a little bit old, but bathroom was recently renovated. When we visited, there was not a lot of people, so for some time in spa we were alone, so not over crowded.

The breakfast was decent. Nice mixture of hot and cold food. The family apartment was an excellent size, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sitting area. That was an unexpected bonus! The jacuzzi bath was a great hit with the children. Will most certainly stay again.

The reception staff was not very forthcoming. When asked if the restaurant was open for dinner, the member of staff abruptly said no, without offering any alternative restaurants in the area. Luckily, I know Liptovsky Mikulas very well and was able to find somewhere. However, potentially for somebody who has never been in Liptovsky Mikulas before, it may be a bit off-putting. The hotel guide in the room was only written in Slovak, which again for non-Slovak speaking tourist is not ideal.

We came here for skiing, and despite the distance, this place was a good choice. It was even better than expected, breakfast was great, normal variety, and still very good, even coffee was fine. the place isn't very modern, but still in very good condition, and clean. Room and the bed very comfortable, wellness well maintained, parking on site, easy to find.

Except for skiing, or hiking I can not think of other reasons to come here, maybe for business, but for these this place is suitable.

The breakfast was incredible and the room was very clean and nice. Great shower. Good access to the ski bus. Slight distance to the center of town in the snow. Ten minutes though, not terrible.

Corridor was creepy. Pitch black and lights don't come on easily. One room light would also turn off and on at its leisure. Minor stuff. Picked the hotel as it had a pool but it is closed on Sunday and Monday, the days we were there.
