Very comfortable to sleep over on a long trip in the Northern Cape. Good value for money.

The road to the entrance of the property was a bit hidden, really bad and neglected. But I do think it falls under the city responsibility for maintenance and repairs. We confirmed breakfast time, at 7am, for the following morning with reception on check in the previous evening, but unfortunately the basic set-up was not ready when we arrived at 7:15am. Was a bit disappointing but we were assisted within a few minutes. Thank you.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very neat and tidy. Bed was comfortable, although only a normal double bed, not King size. Hotel is beautiful and comfortable.

It is a shame that the location is so dodgy, prostitutes standing close by and my wife almost made me turn around on our way there the first time, but we were pleasantly surprised once we got there. . .Breakfast could have a bigger variety warm dishes, like Mushrooms or Potatoes etc. The items that were there, were tasty, but not a big variety.

There is nowhere on the system that informs you that the restaurant is not open on weekends in the evenings. I booked the place knowing that I will not have to drive around looking for food since I was coming from far. But to my surprise the restaurant was not open on Saturday.

The professionalism of the staff, location and the neatness of the premises and the rooms. The hotel is closer to the shops which makes it easy for what one needs and access. Unfortunately, I can't comment on breakfast as we left early for the meeting.

There's nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

Very modern, very, very nice - it exceeded my expectations and so much more. At first glance, you wouldn't have guessed it was a hotel. Definitely stunning and staff were friendly. Will come back for sure.

The dinner meal was a set meal, with no menu for options so I didn't land up eating here. It would be nice if there was more than one option for dinner (so a little more variety).

I liked the friendliness of the staff. I didn’t like the access road to the hotel. Full of sumps filled with water. It is a very short distance from the main road. I am sure the hotel can afford to fix it properly.

Very modern facilities, the room was cozy equipped with everything you need. There is a shopping centre across the road which is very convenient.

Maintenance of the room was lacking slightly, and the shower was leaking.

The hotel is very beautiful inside, uniquely design. I wish I could have stayed longer.

We requested breakfast packs coz we were leaving very early, it was prepared on time which was good; however the sandwiches were too dry.

Beautiful place but not well taken care of. Some furniture is wearing out but one can tell its not really old. The breakfast was good

The eception area was empty no one to attend to us. We had to wait until somebody came from nowhere to say can i assist, with no apology or anything.

Arrived very late and Innocent was a wonderful host who welcomed us and assisted with arranging for our very early departure in the morning with a breakfast bag. Rooms are comfortable and bathrooms clean.
