It’s peaceful

The receptionist was not friendly at all unfortunately I forgot the name yhuuuu ….so much unnecessary attitude and she said I have booked disabled room if so it was a mistake I requested to change me for the other room she refused time was 10h30 pm 😢😢could argue further anyway….sad and it was not my first time using Booking.com but it was my first time to be there….I’m not sure about going back again

The location is great, we were surrounded by nature. The food was amazing The staff was very friendly.

The road leading to the resort has potholes

Everything was perfect, even staff member Minenhle went an extra mile to change us from Room 302 which had a problem with aircon to Room 306. She was very friendly and welcoming. She ensured the the 2nd room aircon was working perfectly before living us.

Food was terrible, we order oxtail we were told it come with veggies but without notice the waiter came back with mash instead of veggies and told us that the staff in the kitchen said it only comes with mash we need to pay more for veggies. We didn't have a problem with paying but its important to inform customer of they are changes on what they ordered. When oxtail arrived, it was so dry not a hearty meal that one expected for winter. I couldn't even eat half my food.

I liked everything about the place and am hoping to visit again soon. I like that there's now better tv channels, so kudos to that.

The DUT students were causing a commotion, completely unruly. We were forced to remain indoors and opt for room service. I humbly request that you give notice on Bookings.com should you decide to host students. Moreover, I thoroughly enjoyed the previous menu and sincerely hope you consider reintroducing it, or at least a selection of its items. The current menu is exceedingly restricted, like for breakfast, we had to go to Spur.

The receptionist, Noxolo was really nice and welcoming. The room was exceptional and I had a great time in my room.

The waiters were rude (we waited for them to clean the table that we liked and two of the waiters told us they were busy serving customers which was confusing as we were also customers there), the food was cold. One of the waiters was sweating at some point and wiped her sweat off using her hand and she used those same hands to pack my takeaway.

The atmosphere was amazing. The resort is magnificant as i got through to the door all the way up to my room. I was also happy about your check in/out times.I also engaged in some activities which i really enjoyed. I loved everything about the resort and i am planning on coming back soon!

That my room didnt have a bar fridge and a microwave i had to constantly go down to the reasturant and ask them to warm my food for me. And that such a big resort only has 1 swimming pool and right in front of the reasturant, i couldnt take a swim because the pool had pipes inside (i think it was being cleaned)

I loved the view and the sound of birds in the morning.

The food was horrible. They really need to invest on Chef. The food doesn't match the 4 star hotel and even worse being an Anew hotel. I was so disappointed. There's also no undercover parking.

The location was simply stunning, huge comfortable rooms, a really comfortable work desk, a wonderful pool, hiking trails and most importantly a spectacular view of the Drakensberg mountains. A hidden gem in South Africa, a perfect idea for a weekend away or even to workcation. The rooms are large, comfortable and spotless. A wonderful stay. Thank you, especially to the friendly waitresses at breakfast. This trip was part of a Travel Guru Life Expedition.

The reception was excellent and the overall hotel service great. The location is fantastic and views from the room and the dining area were second to none. The golf course is stunning, challenging and very well conditioned. Once the bunkers are sorted the course should rate very highly and could be one of the attraction points for the hotel.

Little to do with the hotel, but the condition of the road to the venue was a bit of a letdown.

We arrived after sunset and weren't quite sure if the pictures on the ad matched the place. In the meantime we enjoyed the beautiful place and the delicious food from the restaurant. Our room was gorgeous. The bed. The bed. The bed🤗😂. Sunrise unveiled the picturesque mountain view, golf course and a place we are definitely going back to
