The staff were friendly and the hotel was in great condition. The close proximity to the mall made it great value for money. The air conditioning in the room is next level.

There's no proper entertainment in the casino for teenagers/young adults. There's a "day care" for the toddlers and casino for those over 18, but no provisions for the missing middle ages. An arcade-like area with "hang-out" spots would be perfect.

Location was perfect, close to shops but away from the chaos. The rooms are beautiful, staff very friendly. Beautiful swimming pool. Very good breakfast quite a lot of options, tasty as well 🙌🏾

No “In-room” dining. When you order food you have to go to reception and collect. Its a takeaway package that gets cut open when you cut meat with a knife (leaving quite a mess). Plastic takeaway cutlery.

Breakfast was great, they just need to work faster to clear tables that have been used after the guest have left their seats.

They wanted me to pay a tourism levy, when questioned why I need to pay it they referred me to my booking confirmation. But there was nothing of the sort on the confirmation, they had no choice but to remove it from my bill. They need to have more covered parking assigned to the hotel.

Enjoy everything in the premises just one thing that didn’t sit well with me when I asked the invoice I was told that they will send to booking.com because I booked through them up until today I didn’t get my invoice neither from booking.com other than that I’m happy.

The staff was exceptional

Room did not have a new bottle of water everyday. For a premium price. Bottle of water daily should be standard. Bathroom did not provide lotion. This is a need and should be a standard for such a premium price. The helicopter outside my room was extremely loud. My laptop uses a round plug and all the plugs in the room was indented, hotel should carry spare 2 point plugs in future.

The night I arrived there they welcome us and they did what I request what I want that night. The casino area was amazing when I sat there by the cards tables 21 jack they make me feel home I enjoy it very much . Keep doing that you do .

Location is perfect accessible to main road and shops. Casino was a great entertainment. I must say that the staff at breakfast were very helpful and friendly. We did not prebook packed breakfast and had an emergency to attend to which meant leaving at 7 and they happily accommodated us with a smile. Thank you for the lovely service at breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent and location too is good close to town and other amenities but quite environment.

If they can improve a bit in cleaning and also make sure to always provide things like water bottles, soap and etc. Without us having to ask or buy our own

Everything besides the fact that the was one charging spot in the room.

I hated the fact that the was one charging spot in the suite room yet my first visit in this hotel I booked in a small room and it had 2/3 charging plugs but the bigger and expensive room only 1 spot for charging and no twin plugs in the room.

I loved the size and cleanliness of the rooms. And the fact that each one of them have sliding doors to the outside garden (the ground floor rooms).

Meals. The hotel should fundamentally overhaul its menu. It should also have room service.
