I indeed liked the very warm short notice welcome by the lady at the reception: She was extremely friendly and helpful and even tried to call the Guesthouse, where I had originally booked. Unfortunately she was as little successful as me.. She gave a perfect dinner recommendation, too! The breakfast was basic, but it had the best fruit salad I had eaten for ages!!!
Even though the room was spacey and nice, I had the feeling that the floor always and only gets mopped. It would need a proper brush to get rid of old stains and dirt. The breakfast choice was very basic, but at the end everything was there. And the fruit salad the best in the world! Only the Nescafe was a big set back for me!

Nadia is exceptionally welcoming and professional. We had a little one travelling with us. Nadia played with her and even brought her special cereal from home (she’s a picky eater). Breakfast was lovely. We really appreciated the warm hospitality. We enjoyed the fact that the property is close to a shopping complex as it made getting dinner a bit easier. The rooms were spacious. A good overnight property.
The floors and showers are in need of a bit of a scrub down. Some of the cutlery in the rooms were dirty. The beds sleep a bit hard. Rooms are not well insulated against sound.

The accommodation was perfectly situated, clean and comfortable. The staff, both the Manager , Nadia and Alice, the Receptionist/ Chef were extremely helpful.
The advert stated breakfast included/ Wimpy voucher. On arrival we were told that breakfast was at an added cost. I showed the advert to the Manager , Nadia and she arranged for the breakfast to be served. Nadia was understanding and went out of her way to even sort out a burnt bathroom globe. Alice, the receptionist/ Chef prepared a fantastic breakfast and we are still talking about it. Our stay was unfortunately short, will definitely be back and will recommend to Family and Friends.

Location was great, central. Easy to access Thank you for accommodating our late check in. Wifi connection great.
Unless I missed it when I booked, it wasn't stated that one needs to pre-book for breakfast. When we went for breakfast on Sat morning we were told that we were suppose to request the previous day. Bed and Breakfast? Let guests know of the breakfast terms, or leave a note in the room stating the terms of the breakfast situation. There was one bottle of water in the fridge [the booking was for two adults for 2 nights].

The location is great, the room is lovely and comfy and breakfast was amazing too.. the swimming pool was also a plus!! I forgot a charger there and the promised to send it to me,that was also such a great thing cause you hardly get things you lose at bookings.
Hmm.. I didn’t have a lot of dislikes, just one minor situation with the WiFi but besides that,10/10

We did not have breakfast. We had a lovely one-night stay! The place was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating — they kindly allowed us to check in early as we needed to change quickly before attending an event that morning. The property felt safe and is located in a nice, quiet neighbourhood.
Nothing.

The double room we stayed in was absolutely stunning, loved the decor (the mirror & wallpaper). The property is well kept, the garden is lovey so was the pool. I love its central location, it was easy to find. The staff were friendly & very welcoming. Will definitely be coming back in future.
The shower needs to be updated, the soap holder was rusted & the rubber part of the shower looks mouldy.

The area appeared to be very safe and also very quite. The rooms are very big also. The staff are very nice and I received a call asking about my arrival time. Upon check-in, all was explained very well and I had great peace of mind.
Bath towels were very old - I suggest investing in good quality towels for both bathing and wrapping around for comfort. Lighting can also be improved since not enough light was available in the room for working on my laptop.

I liked everything about the accommodation. The rooms was clean and tidy. I booked on behalf of my spouse and I appreciated when Nadia contacted me when we were late for our checkin. That sold it for me. The room was big and spacious. It was just a great setup. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff - superb!
The door to our room, when locking from inside gave a little but of trouble. But I believe it's something that can be sorted out.

The rooms at Pinehaven Bed and Breakfast are absolutely stunning. Super clean and there is a great attention to detail from the host. We had low pressure of water in our shower and the host upgraded us to an executive room FREE of charge. I can rate Nadia over and over again. She and her property are a TOTAL 10!!
