The hotel staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean . Andries and Rofhiwa where exceptionally welcoming even after we checked out they showed us the different rooms

Improve on breakfast the buffet was empty with little to no option Saturday we did not have breakfast as Fridays break did not have options The hotel has a potential , the management just needs to put in more to make it more attractive for people or to draw people there Overall I loved it and believe breakfast can be much much better there is a potential and Chef Thulani was very friendly

The hotel is so elegant and classy👌 very warm welcome by the friendly reception staff🥰 the clean pool and beautiful garden❤️ it was my home far away from home. I can't stop saying WOW🤌 Other staff members were also so friendly and helpful especially Eugene🙏 for taking good care of my kids and I at the pool area

The hotel is easily accessible, its clean and the stuff is super helpful and friendly. We received an excellent service from Khuthadzo, as we had a bit of an aircon issue,it was quickly resolved and they also checked up on us in the morning.

There's no carport/closed parking lot.The parking area is just an open space leaving cars exposed in the heat and rain.

Everything! the staff and facilities were very up to standard and comfortable. Speedy service and met all of our needs.

The airconditioning was a little loud and there was no refrigerator for cooling the water especially because it is such a hot environment.

Location, security and cleanliness was superb.

1.Bed was wabbly, needs a bit firm (foamy) materia 2.For the area it's located, aircon is an essential requirement, the icon was not blowing cold air, either the unit is faulty or the system of aircon in use cannot cool the room of.

Only stayed for one night and didnt have breakfast but the staff there are very friendly. The room was clean and spacious, beautiful garden view. Loved the buth tub 😍. Hopefully next time we'll get to have breakfast

Luck of a fridge. Modern hotels have a fridge in the room. 2. 2 working chairs are necessary, some of us work as couples. Even when you want to work with a colleague, the room should allow for that comfort.
