The area was interesting for a person not from Korea it wasn’t far from local markets shops and bars and the train was close by so you could easily get to a lot of other places. There are a number of gyms nearby and a good running walking track that was fairly well used by the local people. While there was a lot of little industrial places and a big industrial market in the area it was interesting from my perspective because it gave me an insight as to how he local people lived and worked

This hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, without feeling cramped. Although it’s located in the heart of the city, the subtle woody scent of the room’s air freshener made it feel like I was in a peaceful forest—such a pleasant and refreshing fragrance. The staff spoke perfect English, and although breakfast was complimentary, it was more than enough to start my day right. Whenever I requested a taxi, it arrived within five minutes. If I ever visit Busan again, I will definitely come back here. Thank you so much! :)

Number #1 - Reception staff Mr Lee Shin Pong provides exceptional service above and beyond expectations! Restaurant recommendations, assistance with ticket purchases etc! This hotel is located among automobile industrial area however the neighborhood is very quiet day and night. There are easily walkable restaurant options. The subway and bus routes are 5-10 minutes walk. The room is LARGE with very comfortable bed, linens and towels. (Bathrobe included) many extra toiletry items provided! Coffee machines with espresso available on 2 floors as well as filtered water refill on 2 floors! Netflix available in the room! Morning continental breakfast items and instant ramen provided included in price

Choosing Prima Hotel for my trip with friends was the best decision. We were upgraded to a bigger and more comfortable room, and the cozy bedding helped us recover from the day's fatigue. It was convenient to purchase snacks and drinks from the vending machine on the first floor, and as a coffee lover, I was delighted to enjoy unlimited Starbucks coffee 24/7. The hotel also had ample parking, making it stress-free for those traveling by car. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

The staff is amazing! The front desk staff are extremely helpful and kind. The facility offers free bottled water, espresso/americano machine, or instant coffee in the lobby. The rooms were very clean, and the cleaning staff was respectful. Highly recommend the property

The walk from the subway to the property is through a slightly rundown and industrial area. There is a huge empty shopping center with a bunch of chairs and sofas just....laying around in an abandoned parking lot. It's very strange looking. At night, this walk can be a bit spooky. It's not the most well lit walk. The hotel is amazing, but the walk there isn't. Get a taxi.

My stay at Hotel during my Busan trip exceeded my expectations. The room featured a modern and stylish interior, and everything was immaculately clean. I found the shared clothing care system, washing machine, and dryer incredibly convenient, especially for a long stay. The hotel also offered luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, which was very helpful in managing my schedule. Overall, I felt that the hotel prioritized guest convenience in every aspect.

The bed was super comfortable and clean. Air-con was really good, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. The staff were helpful when I needed to grab a taxi. Location was a big decider because I needed a place that was close to the airport, it's about 15 mins drive through traffic.. Breakfast was standard - cereals, juice, and toast. They do have a ramen bar if you're after a light snack. Overall, I really enjoyed my time. I would book here again if I need to be close to Busan Airport. **realised I didn't take photos inside the room :( **

* location is not great. The subway is a 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The fishmarket is the closest tourist destination which is half an hour way by bus. * no knifes are provided at breakfast * breakfast is only from 7:30-9:30 so sleeping in is never possible. Would be nice if the breakfast was till 10:30 or 11. * beds are uncomfortable and really hard. I slept on the blanket to make it a bit softer and more comfortable

We miss this hotel already! Greeted with enthusiasm, we got a free upgrade to a suite on arrival with complimentary welcome drinks. The hotel is kept in great condition, it is clean and up to date. There is Netflix, a gaming pc (used lots during our stay!) and a very comfortable bed. Room is clean and modern. The free breakfast was a great addition each morning plus the ramen came in handy most days. The owner of the hotel is exceptional. He is willing to help with anything you need - ordering food, taxis, day trip ideas. He is very passionate about making his hotel the best experience for guests. Location was great in terms of price point - small walk to the station (which got us everywhere we needed) and bus stops just outside. Convenience store at the top of the street or a vending machine inside the hotel also. A great hotel!

Drains in the bathroom has a slight smell but nothing we couldn’t handle. Could have more storage in bathroom too like a shelf for things. All minor things in a fantastic hotel!

We took a reservation last minute for one night at this hotel because of the typhoon that cancelled our flight. The staff was super nice, they let us check in early and check out late because there was availability in the hotel and because of the typhoon. The room was big, very clean and the bathroom was amazing. The hotel is near the airport (10min by taxi) and the staff kindly boiked one for us the following day

Nothing. The location is near the airport so it was convenient for us but it is a bit far from main touristy places and there is not a lot of restaurants or supermarket near
