The location. It is close to subway and train to airport, very convenient for day or two while waiting for flight. In the area there are many food places and convenience stores. These is a bed and bathroom they are ok. The towels are only small, there is only one big disposable.

The breakfast is not worth for european. There is coffee and that is all. Cheap nuddles and microwave. Second day there were eggs in the fridge if you want you could cook for yourself. The rest is slice of bread and toaster, and piece of jam. No butter, cheese, fruits, vegetables or ham. Something similar to milk and that is everything. If you have choice go out and find something to eat.

Comfortable bed, quiet room. Next to metro station. Shops and restaurants nearby. Got upgraded to a deluxe room which was spacious and perfect for our stay. Super bathroom facilities. Included breakfast is very convenient. Were able to do laundry

Insufficient information on how to use room service, were not able to get our room cleaned. Breakfast can sometimes be a challenge since food tends to run out without anyone refilling

the room facilities. toilet is great. huge tv. easily located and near Sasang station. Lounge is great with laundry facilities. nearby have a few great 24hr food restaurant which is great and good. It would be good and additional point if there are English word pasted on the equipment so that foreigners can easily know it.

the bed which is a bit squeaky. it made noise once u sit on it or move about. the charging point for the kettle is not working.

Actually I have nothing to complain about here. Great staff, absolutely amazing rooms, felt more like presidential suite than a budget hotel. Little outside Busan city but metro and buses are close by as is the airport .

Quiet neighbourhood, little outside Busan city.

This place was the best of my stays in South Korea. If I was ever in Busan Again I would stay here over and over again. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was the best part about this place tbh. 100/10 would book again.

A little hard to find on the maps but no biggie!

I'm here for a trip It's really nice. You can wash it on the second floor, and you can drink coffee in a large space for free. Everything was great The bed was big and clean. I slept well at a reasonable price I'll visit you again next time

It’s actually a “LOVE” hotel. I’m a little bit surprised when i checked in. LOL. But the price is Okay, and it’s near the airport. The area is full of club and lounge anyway. I shouldn’t be so surprised.

Very clean and cozy! You can tell that the management pays attention to detail, with simple touches like the pleasant air fresheners throughout the property and the free cookies and espresso. We appreciated the atmosphere. The lounge was also great! It has a free business center and laundry area.

The entrance to the hotel is located off a backroad behind the main road, which is a little eerie to find by foot at night. It’s on the edge of an industrial district.

We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a room with a bathtub. The bathtub was spacious and comfortable. The room overall was clean. The bed was comfortable as well. The room was well stocked with toiletries and other amenities. At least one member of the staff spoke English and everyone was very helpful and kind.

Nothing — especially considering the price it was a great room.
