Room was beautiful, facing 낙동강, quite a good sized bedroom with a big bath tub (opted to have a bath tub than a shower room). Bus stop is located right in front of the hotel, taking just 2min walk and convenience store is located in the ground level in the hotel, which I found most convenient. A reminder - check-in lobby is located in level 5, so please head to the lift as soon as you enter the building. This hotel is definitely very far to the city centre, 90min by the public transport or 25min by car or taxi. Also located close to Busan international airport, 30min by taxi. Breakfast was lovely with reasonable price. Overall it has been great staying here for two nights.

Found hair in the bath room, which is very surprising for a 4star hotel. A hair - blonde hair left in the hand sink and another one found hanging onto the toilet door. I could have given a perfect score for this hotel if it was not for above reason.

Beyond my expectations, concierge desk members are very kind, quick response for the request. I felt real relaxing and comfortable, everything is so clean, crispy also I loved the environment that is so quiet and neat. Very close to the airport. I will choose the Shilla Stay Busan for next visit.

Mostly don’t have but it will be more convenient if they have more laundry machine and sauna

The hotel was superb, from check-in, to breakfast, clean throughout, and at the weekends they open the restaurant for evening meal, location was really good for other places to eat as well.

The laundry service was very disappointing, it says hand in by 10am, I handed mine in at 8.20am and ten minutes later received a call saying that the laundry had gone that day at 8am and would not be done.

It’s quite new, soft bed, great views, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is great.

The location, it’s a bit far from Busan centre. But if you are looking for a quiet stay this is your place. Also bar, pool or other amenities were not available. They should listed or say on the description it’s only available in “summer”. In addition, I wanted to have dinner an apparently a family booked the whole place. That can happen but it was disappointed

Definitely worth of money since it’s newly built. It was the bathroom I was impressed the most. Toilet and shower was separated and the basin was in the middle. It was surprisingly convenient.

Hmm I would say it was quite a journey from the main city. We had to transfer every time from bus to train or wait at least 15 min for the bus

Always a great stay here. Rooms are really good size and very comfortable.. Breakfast is great 10/10. Definately recommend...

I enjoyed how clean, quiet, and comfortable everything was.

I didn’t like that there is only a men’s sauna.

- The room was sleek, spacious and modern. With a comfortable (albeit slightly firm) bed. - You're able to swivel the television slightly from left to right, allowing great viewing angles from the Chaise, the bed or the bath tub. - The bathroom comes with smart toilets. - There's a convenience store and cafe located right on the first floor. - There's a great view of the mountains and sea from my room, in the direction of the sunset.

- You can hear the slamming of windows and doors from time to time. Nothing really to be concerned about however. - Do note that the hotel is located quite far away from most attractions at Busan. I was here on a business trip, and the hotel was located very near to my work sites as well as the airport. The town "Myeongji" the hotel is at is relatively new, so there isn't many places of interest, or restaurants yet. However i am certain the area would be bustling in a few years time.

Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet. Both Korean/Asian as well as western style options. The facilities and cleanliness was remarkable. Professional and efficient lobby staff.
