The size of the room, the view, the cleanliness, the massage chair, and the modern facilities.

It's a bit far out from central Busan, so if you're spending time in Busan travel time may be difficult. But if you're aware of this before booking It's not issue!

Tough the hotel is far removed from the hussle and bussle of Busan, it was perfect. The ocean view was beautiful, the room super comfortable and the staff were great.

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel. Though the location might be a problem for someone who doesn’t have a car, as it is quite far removed.

It had a good sized room overlooking part of the bay. The bathroom was large too with bath, separate shower, separate toilet and two sinks. There was a clothes steamer but, no washing machine that was mentioned on the listing. The staff were good especially one in particular who allowed us to use the washing machine and dryer in the basement.

The fact it listed a washing machine, which we needed but this is not in the room so we had to go to the basement to use the hotel one. Also the carpets in the communal areas look very dirty, marked and stained, it made me a bit nervous about the room but that turned out to be fine.

A massage chair was my personal hit in this hotel. The interior of the room is quite interesting, with a bathtub behind a glass partition where I could watch a TV or a sunset. Water bottles were replenished during cleaning. The bed was comfortable. The view is very beautiful day and night. Friendly and nice staff. There is a little park and embankment where people walk and run. A convenience store is in 5 minutes walk, as well as a few places to eat.

This place is very far from the city center or a subway station - which can be an advantage as it's very quiet in the neighborhood. Otherwise, you have to take a taxi to go anywhere, and sometimes there was no taxi available on the K-Ride app (probably because of the distance). Receptionists weren't available all the time, and there was no way to call them except a Korean phone number. The door in the room gets stuck when opening.

I stayed at Brown-Dot Hotel Shinho for one night, as it was close to Gadeokdo. I had a comfortable stay - the room was quiet, clean, and I woke refreshed and ready for a long hike on the nearby island.

The bed was a bit too hard for my taste. I also found some stains on the bedsheets. Otherwise, no complaints.

I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! During my stay of 4 days, they never cleaned my room nor did they give me bottles of water that I should received every day. They didn't even bother to take out the trash during these 4 days. I booked a side sea view that was a scam, it was just a little lake view room. The room was very old-fashioned and dirty. The price I paid was too high for this kind of room and hotel. It felt like a guest house, not a hotel. Wi-fi was not working for the first 2 days. The guests from the room next to me were very noisy at night around 2 a.m. They were a bunch of drunk guys punching the wall, and window, cursing out loud from the window, and as a solo female traveler, I felt very unsafe there. Also, the location is terrible, it's a very rural area with no locals around so in this dangerous situation you can’t even ask for someone’s help out there. Obviously, the hotel staff was not working after midnight, so it was a terrible experience. For all the complaints, the hotel staff offered no solution and didn’t bother to solve any problems.
