The bed sheets are very comfortable, but don't need to be changed every day. The staff at the restaurant is very nice and provides a great breakfast 🙂

Again the housekeeping staff removed two of my closure caps from cosmetic products. It would be great, if housekeeping don't set the air conditioner temperature to 19 degree after they finish cleaning. So, the ac runs all day with full power and gives me a shock when.enter the room in evening time. I would like the hotel to look a little more towards sustainability

The location was near to many stores and Easy for Taxi picking. I would recommend using Uber App.

Air conditioning was on Auto mode and this not comfortable for me and unfortunately switched off frequently. The reception area was warmer than my room. Also No microwave was available in this hotel to be used to warm food or drinks. Everyday 2 Water bottles should be supplied but for me, it was not the case but was for every 2 Days 2 bottles. Stuff doesn't speak English well and you need a Google Translator App to talk to them.

Because I really liked the same hotel that I stayed at in Busan, I decided to try this one. There were similar things that I liked. The location is nice and very close to good restaurants. The room itself was clean and big enough with the same decor as the one in Busan.

Unlike other hotels, the television had no access to streaming services, such as Netflix. Even though I had those available on my laptop computer, it's much nicer watching on a bigger screen. Also, there seems to be a trend towards auto-flush toilets, which I don't care for as they seem to waste a lot of water. Also, for some reason, the sound of the flush was incredibly loud and lasted a long time.

Very few amenities. Very small towels. No drawers for clothes. Hygiene kits only had toothbrush and a comb. Fridge didnt work. Old used slippers.

Rooms are plush and luxurious. Location is ok. Walking distance to market. Electronic WC was helpful. I personally like black bathrooms so this felt good.

Breakfast had no veg options or for that matter any international options except cereal, toast and eggs. Gym didn't seem clean enough or aired enough. Equipment is old. GymIs also located in service area. Not very safe.

Good breakfast with variety of choice. Besides, you can find a supermarket within 1 min walking distances

Well designed rooms with a comfortable bed. B/F was suitable for Koreans, as a foreigner, the choices were limited, but okay.

English skills of the reception staff are very limited. Several times, something in the room was broken.

espresso at breakfast is not good quality, breakfast buffet is exactly the same every day so for long stays can be less exciting
