This is a lovely gem of a hotel. When you first look at it, you might not think so, but the hotel is kept very clean with simple amenities in the room, such as a small table and two chairs. The bed was extremely comfortable with the large screen TV placed right in front of it. The bathroom is incredibly clean. It's located in a good area with a lot of restaurants and cafes, and it's not far to walk to other parts of the fun parts of Changwon. I feel like this hotel is more for business travelers or for longer staying guests, but I enjoyed my stay here and would do it again.

I didn't realize that the small breakfast buffet they have is only offered during the weekdays. During the weekend when I was there, it was much smaller and more basic (mostly carbs such as cereal and bread). I'm not really a fan of having instant ramen for breakfast and would have preferred a bit more protein (such as eggs).

The staff were friendly and accommodating. There were some issues with the room that they fixed up quickly.

The bathrooms had some issues with drainage that they need to fix.

The room was clean and quiet. Staff are 🤗 welcome and professional. .

Breakfast needs to have whole seed bread and Croissant.

The room was not clean, hairs all over the room and mold in the shower and toilet. In addition, the water in the shower takes a long time to drain, so during the shower you stand in a puddle of water, not so pleasant..

Conveniently located downtown and close to many restaurants, stores and cafes. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and offered good service.
