The hotel is in a good location with nearby metro stops, a big mall and market. Daegu station is very close. There is also a famous church and cathedral nearby.

The part of the hotel I was staying in was undergoing renovation, so the elevator was boarded up and the hallway was covered in plastic sheets. No one told be about this at the time of booking or at check-in.

Great Location, overall condition of the property was wonderful, breakfast was very good for the price paid.

Best location. Near there are a lot of cafes with different food, large store. My room has a beautiful view.

This is not Daegu's most fancy hotel, but it is a decent option for business travelers and others. Spacious, quiet, and comfortable.

There are two buildings -- an old one and a new tower. I stayed in the old tower and the room features were quite out of date -- I think new building rooms must be much nicer, but I wasn't given the option for a room there.

The location was great and the room size was decent.

The bathtub situation was odd. It was hard to take a shower without getting water everywhere on the bathroom floor. The room was quite dark.

Quite a few stains on the room‘s carpet which does not look good for a 4* hotel A/C blocked at 30 degree requesting to let the window open but very noisy location (12 lane road below), hence bad night sleep Parking in the direct vicinity of the hotel has a limited number of slots, hence need to park on the pavement first to uncharge luggages, then drive to the other parking on the next corner (not so user-friendly)

The check-in and check-out process was easy. For 2 rooms, it was a decent price for 2 nights. Housekeeping did a great job, and it was clean.

It was impossible to adjust the heating - the thermostat would often automatically adjust the room temperature to be 28+ degrees Celsius when it was left on, so we had to turn it off and sleep with the window open when it was 0 degrees Celsius and below outside. The high temperature dried the room out so much that we had to wet towels and hang them up to avoid static shocks. We got a deluxe room for our friend whose 40th birthday we were celebrating, and it didn’t have a bath which we should’ve noticed but which was included in the standard double room. It was a bit of a walk to the Downtown Daegu (Dongseongro) area, which wasn’t terrible as we are used to it, but which might be inconvenient for travellers with suitcases. There are also 2 different buildings - one new and one old, and we were separated from our friend by a card-only elevator in the newer building which meant we had to meet in the lobby to give things to each other.
