The staff upgraded my room to a King suite for free upon my check-in, and I was so delighted with the size, comfort, and aesthetic of the room. I hopped to multiple cities during my trip throughout Korea but none of the previous hotels or the ones to follow topped this one. I was absolutely heartbroken to check-out. I wanted to live there. The floors and the mattress were heated, the room and surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, the view was unbeatable, the amenities inside the room and the shared areas should be award-winning (self-service laundry, free juice/coffee/tea daily, beautifully decorated, free massage chairs, property smelled wonderful). I can foresee myself working Daegu into future trip plans JUST to stay at this hotel. Check in and Check out were so smooth and they will store your luggage for however long is needed. Keep up the great work you guys.

Zero complaints. I'll be booking here every time I'm in the area, without a doubt. But just an FYA, the afternoon tea and happy hour events are only served on the weekends, so I didn't get to experience that due to my itinerary.

Everything! It is hidden gem in Daegu. Spacious room, super service-mind, great location, pricing, toilet, great shower, great TV which provides simple connectivity with Netflix and YouTube. Autopiloting iron machine made our everyday fresh. Vibes are mesmerizing. We will visit this property again undoubtedly.

Soundproof. Noise from the room above. Guests in that room might not fall asleep. They did activities until 4AM-5AM overnight. Moving furniture, bed everything annoyed me that I cannot sleep. I do not think about things superstitious. Location is great but the hotel seems a love hotel for teenagers after their hangouts. Having said that, you travel with your old man or lady, think twice. However, if mood and tone do not bug you, the hotel is more than perfect.

It's very clean and astonishingly full of equipment. Very nice and helpful staff with very good command of English, making it super easy to communicate. The rooms are more than a single layer, one must discover some items over time, for instance we happened to find the embedded music player on day 2 and it was fun. The breakfast is very complete and with cheese which is very rare in Korean hotels and shops. The swimming pool and the gym are also very good. Overall, clear signs of perfect management and professional team members 👌 well done 👏

This was, hands down, my most favorite hotel of the 5 hotels we stayed at during our recent 2 week visit to South Korea! The staff in the lobby were very helpful and spoke excellent English which we really appreciated after encountering much less English on the trip than we were expecting. The room was beautiful with lots of space for our suitcases and the bed very comfortable. The furnishings were very attractive and the room even include a fold up extra twin size bed (which we didn't use). There was a comfortable chair to sit in near a small coffee table and they included the hotel brand's toiletries in large, retail sizes that looked like the quality you'd expect in an upscale store. You had the option of buying some to take home. There was a little perfume bar in the lobby next to the elevator so we just spritzed on free perfume! The lobby had several nice couches too. The hotel had a swimming pool which my kids took full advantage of. It was open to the air, with the city view in the background, and had some nice lounge chairs. The hotel was located downtown and within a short walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, a subway stop, a great Kyobo Book Center that we went to over and over again and not too far from a good Indian restaurant as well. Breakfast was included in the cost and it had loads of Korean food including beef bulgogi which I had been hoping for the entire trip! There was also fresh fruit and vegetables, and western breakfast options. The dining room was very large, and decorated almost like a wedding venue, and I didn't feel jammed up against other hotel guests. We could order a latte or a cappuccino at the bar and staff would deliver it our table instead of it coming out of a machine when you press a button. We even liked the airport and the train station at Daegu!

There was almost nothing I didn't like about this hotel. The only thing I can think of is that I wished the shower area of the bathroom had a door I could close although the water drained just fine.

First of all big thanks to the hotel staff. They are amazing and absolutely made our stay very memorable. The hotel is in the heart of Daegu, within walking distance to many restaurants, Seomun market, and museums. It also can be easily reached from a train station with the metro. The room was equipped air conditioner and air purifier, and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. The hotel provided bath robes, lotions, shampoo, and body wash for our comfort. The location was very central. It's a short walk from the metro and many convenient stores are located nearby. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with all the basic appliances. Plus each room has a PC. The staff can communicate in English pretty well, better than most of the other boutique hotels.

Some of the instructions for appliances are in Korean. But it's not difficult to figure it out using google translate.

The hotel upgrade my room without me asking for it. The room was big and clean. I could also use other facilities like the swimming pool , the sauna, the gym and the laundry self-service. The breakfast had many different options. The staff was kind, helpful and I could communicate with them in English with no problem at all. Also, I could keep my suitcase on the store room after my checkout for free to enjoy the city during the day. I would definitely come back again when visiting Daegu.

The beds in the rooms were exceptionally comfortable, providing the perfect support for a restful night's sleep. In addition, the massage chairs on the second floor were a delightful treat, offering a relaxing way to unwind after a long day. Their soothing features made it easy to melt away tension and enjoy a moment of tranquility. The combination of cozy accommodations and luxurious amenities greatly enhanced the experience.

It was nothing that we did not like.

The windows did not have screens so that mosquitoes and other insects may have flown in when I had the windows open. I had several mosquito bites. That was not so pleasant. They should consider putting in screens. As well, when I checked into a room on the first night, the room had a very strong cleaning detergent smell such that the hotel changed the room to a different that did not have a strong smell. They should have every room ready without such smell.

A great hotel at a great price.

The breakfast could have had some varieties for vegetarians.
