The West tower family suite was great. It has two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a separate loungeroom with couch, armchair, coffee table, and tea/coffee + mini fridge with two soft drinks and two Cass beer cans - these are free. The hotel itself is very large and clean. Delicious bakery next to the East tower reception desk, we highly recommend their cakes! Plenty of food options and convenience stores in the street immediately outside the hotel.

The pool costs 35,000 won per person, per session. This is excessive and was not clear to me when I made the booking. The spa also costs extra, though that is not necessarily unexpected.

The hotel is super nice clean and very close to the kintex exhibition it is very pet friendly ( I choose this hotel because I have my 2 furry babies with me ) the west wing offers also a dog cafe beauty boarding anything you need for you and your pet ! In the room which are very very nice you will get a very nice sett for your dog Overall I good experience I will be back !

The staff could not speak a fluent English at the reception and nobody is able to suggest you places to go if you are visiting there is no concierge service in a way that you can ask for addresses and places to go which is a pity and you have to find yourself ….

I stayed here for a concert at Goyang Stadium and an exhibition at KINTEX. The location was perfect, just a short bus ride or a 20-minute walk to the stadium (though I wouldn’t recommend walking in the heat!). KINTEX was even closer, only about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel staff were lovely and kindly allowed me to check in early. Everything was clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. After a long day, I slept so well. I’d definitely stay here again for my next trip to Goyang.

Breakfast is good, many options. The soap shampoo are very nice. The overall cleanliness are above quaity.

We have specifically told the front desk we didn't have enough cash to pay for taxi fee to the airport on the day before we went to the airport. And hotel said we could pay by credit card. But on that day the front desk lady didn't aware the car has arrived, and when we arrived the airport, the driver said he only accept cash. In the end, we all cleaned up our pocket to find just the right amount to the driver. We have emphasized 3 times in total that we didn't have enough cash, but this still happened. I think the communication between guests-hotel-taxi service were terrible.

The staff were very helpful, i had an issue of having 2 separate booking and they kindly gave me some explanation and directions. There are a few convenience stores just downstairs. About 20 mins walk to KINTEX Exhibition hall, though i don't recommend walking in the summer. The room was just like a regular hotel room, but the toilet had japanese bidet

I think the TV was not working on the day i stayed, but i didn't bother since I'm going out soon after

Awesome hotel with top level service. The location is perfect if you’re going to a concert at Goyang Stadium (walking distance). Starbucks downstairs was a nice bonus. Room service is great, and all the necessary amenities are provided in big spacious rooms. The pillows and bed are super comfy.

The air conditioner mode could not be adjusted manually from cooling to heating, but it was not an issue, as the room temperature was mostly comfortable during our stay.

The location was in the midst of many food/shopping options. It was also located walking distance to the Kintex Exhibition Center and bus distanced to Goyang Sports Complex where we had events. We loved that we were able to store our luggage after we checked out until we returned to pick it up late in the evening. We also loved the safe neighborhood.

Everything! In fact we didn't get to explore the hotel much including the Starbucks and the cafe at the lobby. There were bakery and convenient stores right at the back so it was super convenient. Kintex was just a breeze 10mins walk. Reception and housekeeping were super helpful and especially the lady who attended to us during check in - no communication issues at all (she spoke very good English). For some reasons our room was hot and thank goodness they were flexible - they offered us a electric fan!

Early check in request. I sincerely hope the hotel would reconsider your current rate of the extra charges for early check in...especially if guests had been travelling from another country via flight and it was from previous night. The practice was not helpful and we had to wait till the exact check in time at 3pm kst. And, check out at 11am kst which is an hour earlier than usual/regular check out time. The Chinese restaurant was good, but service was a little choppy (we went in late lunch, and chinese tea was not left with the teapot at our table). The servers were not visibly seen too.
