All the staff was super nice and I love the little balcony rooms. It was clean and comfortable. A 1 minute walk from the station.

Didn’t have anything to eat in hotel so can’t comment on that, male staff at reception were very helpful and polite. Room was a good size with a decent shower. We had an issue with the safe jamming with our things inside, this was sorted out promptly.

Didn’t like that there is a lip at the door threshold and the. A small step into the room, not ideal when you are wheeling luggage…..

Its just great hotel. Have been there twice! Looks very new and clean with comfortable bed, furniture, big tv, spacious shower and restroom, nice bathtab on the veranda. Really great place for relaxing (thanks for that bathtab). It also has nice mountatin view There are a lot of cafes and restaurents around, and shop on the 1st floor of the hotel, which works till 11pm The subway station is very close to the hotel, and there are multiple bus stops, so you can easily go to Gimpo airport, or Starfield shopping center. By the way, you can go to Gyeongbokgung Palace, Insadong, Anguk station straight by subway without transfers, it takes about 30min Overall its really really great hotel! (thats why i went there two times) But if you are tourist, do not forget that the hotel is located in Goyang, not Seoul, so it might be a little bit far from sights or landmarks, like Namsan Tower, myeongdon, Hongdae and etc. Although Goyang is next to Seoul (attached to Seoul). My advice is just check the routes.

The front desk was very helpful and we were very pleased that they could help us in English due to the language barriers. Great location, subway (train) station was close by (walking distance). Comfortable room, nice size and FABULOUS shower! The onsen on the extention of the room was definitely a plus. Mahalo from Hawai'i!!

We loved everything.

First day check in. 10th October. The front desk guy wasn't friendly. It was an unpleasant first expression of the hotel. We stayed in a family room for two nights. The room was very spacious. We had a nice relaxing stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near Line 3 subway station, with plenty of dining options nearby. The accommodation is quiet overall, and the facilities are brand new. While the front desk staff's English may be average, they are very helpful and accommodating.

New. Modern. Comfortable. Restaurants and stores around. Big family room with a balcony and Japanese style bath. Great location if you are visiting Starfields mall. And a subway station opposite. Great shower. Helpful and friendly staff

No breakfast option. Parking was via an automated lift system so have to wait for it to be delivered. Not really a big issue. A little too warm overnight. We turned down the heating but to no effect. Upstairs family running around was so loud. Not hotel fault but the design made amplified the sound. The staff did at least get them to stop

Nice, clean big room for both of us. Facilities are great. Good design lobby. Close to shops and resto.

A bit far from tourist attraction places but im happy with the area, coz we still can explore places around the hotel by walking.

The tub on the terrace with a view was awesome. Everything was well designed and like new. Bed was very comfortable. We much enjoyed a tasty and beautifully presented meal in the 22nd floor restaurant with great view. A great choise for relaxing. Easy walk from the metro station.
